Can a married woman marry again?
If her husband dies or she gets a divorcee then she could get married again
Your husband says he loves you but not in love with you?
Your husband is cheating on you! It's obvious!
Another thought:
Your husband may or may not be cheating on you, but the line "I love you, but I'm not 'in love' with you," usually means he has one foot out the door. He's not committed to you as a husband and partner.
Ask him what his intentions are. You deserve to know. You also deserve to be with a man who is 'in love' with you. Tell him you can do better, because you can. Then kick him to the curb.
It is better for you to divorce a bad woman and have split custody than being unhappy and putting you and your kids in danger. Your kids will be sad but you need to do it. if she is a really bad woman you shouldn't split the custody if you think she will hurt your kids.
Would you ask your wife to take your children for paternity test if she cheated once?
What do you have to do before getting married such as blood tests?
Requirements vary from state to state, sometimes even from county to county.
But here are the basics:
ID Requirement: Drivers license or identification card or other id showing current address and date of birth. Birth certificate may be necessary. Other forms of ID may be acceptable or required
Previous Marriages: you will need to show proof of how the marriage ended: divorce decree, death certificate, proof of annulment
Age requirement: In most states you must be 18 to marry without parental consent. Parental consent is needed if under 18 years of age.
Other: some states require blood tests, waiting periods, proof of residency, SS#
License Fee: varies (I've seen as low as $18 to as high as $80) usually cash only
In most states you need to go to either the Health Dept. Office or most often the County or City Clerk's Office to apply for a license.
In some states marriage licenses expire, so don't apply too early.
Contact your County or City Clerk's Office for the precise info for your county and state.

Should a person with bipolar disorder get married?
Yes if they are in Love just because they have BiPolar doesn't mean they can't do things like everyone else!!!...idiot
Second Opinion (different user):
Of Course! In it's more mild forms Bipolar disorder is hardly even noticeable. Especially with treatment. Even the more severe Bipolar 1 Disorder is not so bad with treatment. I'm going to assume that you are asking this question partly based on the idea that Bipolar Disorder is genetic. The Nazi's and some other countries euthanized Bipolar people (prevented them from having kids via surgical methods). If you are more accepting than a Nazi you should have no problem with Bipolar people getting married to whomever they wish. It turns out that Bipolar disorder is only partially genetic. It is largely based on the environment that people live/grow up in. For example: There are two 100% genetically identical twins. One of them is diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. Statistics show that, even though they are 100% genetically identical, there is only about a 50% chance of the other twin being Bipolar. It is not just about genetics.
How do you tell your spouse he is a compulsive liar?
In my experience, compulsive liars are not literally compulsive liars. They are a very creative lot. They conjure up lies knowingly. And they do this because they derive a sadistic pleasure by thinking that they have fooled others. What they do not realise that after a point of time people can see through their lies.So you need not try to make a compulsive liar face his lies and make him realise that they are liesfor he is already aware of it.You need to ask him to seek help immediately. But then it has to be an absolute professional who has helped similar cases in the past otherwise all you may know that he has ended up fooling his psychiatrist.I am not trying to answer the question lightly, its out of experience I am mentioning it. Good Luck! Perhaps the best one can do is face up to the lies you are being told .. admit to yourself they are lies and move on .. We really cannot force anyone to do anything and if forcing begins to look like an option, then maybe it's time to acknowledge there is a problem we need help with. Let the liar be inspired (or not) by our own actions. Get help. You deserve it.

Can you pop your cherry with a tampon?
You don't have a cherry and nothing 'pops'.
You may have a hymen, this is tissue that surrounds the opening to the vagina - in most cases this doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening and the hymen is flexible so will stretch to accommodate tampons or even larger things such as a penis during sex. The hymen can be torn as a result of inserting things vaginally but most commonly this will only occur if you use force or if you're rough.

The culture is some states is more liberal than in others and in those more liberal states the citizens do not try to control what people do in their private lives. They are more accepting of people who may be different or have different perspectives. Also, religious sects do not have such a strong hold over politics in those more liberal states and religious groups are the number one foes of laws that protect gays.

How do you get married to an inmate in a prison of California?
Before the County Recorder will issue a marriage license, they require three (3) identifications. These identifications will be from the bride, groom and the wedding officiant who will be performing the wedding ceremony. The IDs must be original, valid, and in good condition. Then you must obtain an "Inability to Appear" package from the County Recorder, or we can mail, fax or email this package to you. The package consists of the "Procedures for obtaining a marriage license when one party is unable to appear", the "Affidavit of Inability to Appear" form, and the "Marriage License Application." The notary will have the incarcerated person sign both the affidavit of inability to appear and the marriage license application. The inability to appear form must be notarized. (For Men's Central Jail, it is suggested, if possible, that you get his signature notarized at his court hearing). After this process, the bride or groom, and the officiant, must appear together at the County Recorder with all 3 valid IDs, the notarized inability to appear form, and the completed and signed marriage license application. The request for the marriage license is processed, the required license fee is paid, and the marriage license is issued the same day if you arrive early enough. Once you have your marriage license, you choose your date and follow the facility's procedures for inmate weddings. After being approved, notify the wedding officiant of the date, time and facility that you would like the wedding ceremony to take place. The officiant will show up at the facility on the date and time you have chosen and perform your wedding ceremony. The wedding ceremony usually takes place during normal visiting hours through glass. After the ceremony, the officiant will complete the wedding license and file it with the County Recorder. After the filing of your marriage license/certificate, a certified copy of your marriage license/certification can be obtained after 6 to 8 weeks of the filing. Expedited service of your license/certificate is available through Express Mail. This request must be made at the same time the marriage license/certificate is being turned in to the County Recorder by the officiant. Iraq is largely an Islamic country, so the gender roles are very clearly defined as they are for most Islamists. Islam is a strictly patriarchal religion such that men are at the head of their family and society generally. The role of women in Islam is also clearly defined. They are expected to be strictly obedient to their husbands. Their role in society is as a wife and mother, taking little or no part in public affairs, especially politics and self improvement through education. In most cases women are not permitted to have a driving licence, let alone drive a vehicle. They are also expected to be modest in their manner of dress at home and in public, keeping most of their body covered, especially the hair.
