you may notice clots, and the blood will be alot brighter red. you may get back ache and you may realise you were suffering the signs of pregnancy....ie sore breasts, eating habits change, lots of hormonal changes happen....i was only at most 8 weeks when i had mine and didnt know i was pregnant and never had a +ve test....you jsut think back about it and realise that you didnt notice the signs.
