sounds like i would check spark plugs first but im no mechanic and spark plugs arent that pricey and can cause that type of problem. Check your computer fault codes, I would tend to suspect that your catalytic converter is clogged, creating excessive back-pressure.

It's normal condensation. That's why you can see your exhaust more in the winter when the air is cold. Just a little side bar fact: people that usually drive short distances periodically (like if you work a couple miles from your house) have there mufflers rust a part quicker due to the fact that the condensation doesn't get blown all the way out of the exhaust so it causes internal rusting. It's condensation unless it smells 'sweet'. If it has a definite anti-freeze sweet smell then this would suggest a leaking head gasket. If it's just a little water, especially during short drives, don't worry about it.

If you are talking about where the manifold meets the heads that is a lot of work. If you are talking about where there are two flnges pretty easy. There are usually three bolts holding together. I would replace bolts, nuts, and washers if posibble. Just take the nuts off, then you need something big to pry bake the exhaust, a really big screwdriver works good. Remove your old gasket and clean the surface as best you can. Get a new gasket and use some silicone. I forget who makes it but when you go to an auto parts store they make a bunch of different types of silicone. This one is copper, it looks orange and has to be high temperature. Apply this stuff to bith sides of gasket, reinstall. Install bolts and tighten. Let sit for a little while.
White smoke out of the exhaust is a sign that the head gasket is bad and is allowing water (coolant) into one or more of the cylinders. If the smoke decreases when the engine warms up, this may mean that the gasket is expanding when the engine warms up. Check for coolant in the oil by looking at the oil on the dipstick. A sure way to tell is to tell is that the oil will be a milky color and overfull.

If you do short trip driving moisture collects in the exhaust as it doesn't have time to dry out and then you get the water coming out of the tailpipes, the hot gasses from the engine and the cold pipes when first started creates moisture.

How do you install a kitchen exhaust fan flue through a standing seam tin roof so it doesn't leak?
Standing seam roofs can be a pain to flash penetrations sometimes because, invariably, the penetration usually lands on one of the seams (Murphy's Law?). My solution would be to have a local sheetmetal shop custom build a flashing for you. It may cost you a little bit, but not near as much as the damage you might incur down the road with a cobbled together leaky flashing. If there is no sheetmetal shop nearby, you might contact the original supplier of the roofing for their recommendation or a lumber yard who sells the roofing product line. If you do get a flashing and are installing it yourself, be sure you get clear instructions on how to cut into the roofing, how to set the flashing and how to fasten and weatherize it properly. Have all the right tools and safety gear for working on a roof. Another way to seal a penatration through a metal roof is with a product called a deck tite pipe flashing system. This is a EPDM rubber boot that fits over and/or arount the penetration. It is installed with sealant and screws through the roofing and has semi rigid metal collar that can conform the the ribs of any roofing. I purchase such products from a company called Dynamic Fastener.
