One of the staples of modern society, paper and paper production, originated in the 2nd century. Questions here should be asked and answered about how paper is produced and how the process works.

Paper starts with fibers. Wood is the most common source, but cotton, linen and others can be used and often are. The fibers are mixed together into slurry. Chemicals are used to clean and whiten or color the slurry. The slurry is laid out on a screen and the water drains away leaving a layer of fibers, patterns in this screen leave watermarks that can be seen when you hold the paper up to the light. These are rolled smooth and dried and then cut into the appropriate size. The production of pulp paper can be an ecology and environmentaly friendly process, that insures both renewable habitat. What are the harmful effects of paper?
If you do not recycle paper then that paper will make its way to the landfill where it will take up space. Paper recycling also helps to reduce the number of trees that paper companies need to grow for paper production. Paper recycling also requires less energy than producing new paper from raw materials.
On the other hand paper recycling does require the use of harsh chemicals (bleach) which can be an environmental problem if not handled properly, and the gas given off by decomposing paper in a landfill can be harnessed and converted into energy.

Corrugated Board - Ring Crush Test : Ring Crush is a traditional test of linerboard and corrugating medium strength. Ring crush measures compression resistance, and this compression strength is considered to relate to the eventual compression strength of combined board made from the component. Linerboard called high strength or high performance linerboard is board that is able to achieve a specified minimum ring crush at basis weights that are lower than traditional basis weights. Corrugated Board - Concora Crush Test : The Concora Crush Tester performs a series of tests to determine the rigidity and crush resistance of corrugated material. It is used in conjunction with the Concora Liner Tester. The first test measures the flat crushing resistance of a laboratory-fluted corrugated material. The second test determines the edgewise strength, parallel to the flutes, of a short column of single-, double-, or triple-wall corrugated board. The third test evaluates the ability of corrugated material to contribute to the compression strength of a corrugated box by measuring the edgewise compression strength of a laboratory-fluted strip of corrugated material in a direction parallel to the fluted tips. Corrugated Board - Flat Crush Strength : The flat crush test is a measure of the resistance of the flutes in corrugated board to a crushing force applied to the surface of the board under prescribed conditions. Flat crush is a measure of the flute rigidity of corrugated board. A high flat crush value indicates a combination of good flute formation and at least adequate strength medium. Low flat crush may indicate a number of conditions including low strength medium, leaning flutes and crushed flutes.

FIRST YOU NEED A PIECE OF NORMAL SIZED PAPER ( NOTEBOOK PAPER WORKS WELL ) THEN YOU NEED TO UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER AND AND FOLD IT DOWN SO THE SIDED MATCH UP IT SHOULD LOOK KIND OF LIKE A TRiaNGLE BUT ONE SIDE ISN'T TILTED IT'S STRAIghT THEN YOU NEED TO TAKE THE TOP CORNER AND FOLD IT DOWN SO NOW IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE A PYRaMID THEN FLIP IT OVER NOW FOLD IT IN HALF SO YOU HAVE ONLY HALF OF A PYRaMID THEN FOR THE HARD PART YOU NEED TO GRAB THE TOP CORNER AND FOLD IT SO THE POINT IS HANGING OFF THE SIDE OF THE PAPER. NOW TAKE THE BOTTOM PART AND FOLD IT UP THEN FOLD IT AROUND AND AROUND TILL YOU CAN'T DO IT AGaIN THEN THERE SHOULD BE A LITTLE FLAP OF PAPER THERE TUCK THAT INTO THE LITTLE FOLD.

Rip a piece of paper so the width is about 1 in and the length is 3 in. Fold it in half once and then keep folding it about 4-5 times so its skinny then fold it in half again so its hard on the tip.
