Can't get front rotor off a 2001 Saturn SL 200 series?
Just had this problem with my 01 Grand Prix tonight. I hit the crap out of it (the rotor) and it still would not come off. Turns out that having the emergency brake on was stopping me. I chocked the weels and took off the e-brake and they came right off. Hope that works for you. It seems that this answer is not found on any of the pages I've seen so far.
go to your parts store and get a belt sized to bypass your ac compressor. ask the parts guy he will give yoy the right one IF available.

How do you add refrigerant to a car?
First off if it is low of refrigerant then it has a leak. It is illegal to add refrigerant to a A/C system without first repairing the leak. You have neither the tools nor the skill to repair the leak, and to add the correct amount of refrigerant. Take it to a professional shop with the proper equipment and knowledge to repair the system correctly.
How many miles can you put on a 2000 Saturn engine?
I've got 182xxx on my 2000 SL2. No internal engine failures as of yet. I did, however, just replace the water pump and, consequently, the head gasket. For the head gasket job I rebuilt/surfaced the head and replaced the valve seals, which has lead to decrease in oil consumption. Like I said, though, the engine itself is still running strong-- the dang water pump was the main issue (which is easily replaced, by the way). I've seen SLs at the Saturn dealer in Mechanicsburg, PA with over 300k on them! You should go forever with the Saturn engine as it will outlast the accessory parts if anything.
Where is the cam position sensor on a 2002 saturn l200?

How do you remove a 2002 Saturn L200 door speaker?
First you must remove the interior door panel, There are 3-4 screws at the bottom of the panel two in the door handle one behind upper speaker the also one behind the lock switch. You'll also have to remove the black panel that covers the mirror assembly and wiring. Bue careful with this panel a trim tool is recommended one that removed Christmas tree style plugs. You should also use it to remove the door panel itself, gently pull on the edges of the door and you will find where the plugs are. Once the panel is off you must pull back the water proofing ( clear plastic ) then you can access the speaker. 3 screws remove the speaker, then you can un plug it and replace. There is a black seal around the speaker which actually serves to water proof your car door. Replacing this speaker with an aftermarket one is quite hard because not only is it held in with 3 screws (where most aftermarket ones are 4) but it will ruin your water seal and there is a chance your car could have water leakage. Be careful.
MINE WAS DOING THE SAME THING AND IT WAS THE EGR VALVE!! THAT FIXED IT AND IT'S RUNNING GREAT!!:)GOOD LUCK

Why am I unable to get the key to turn on a 2001 Saturn L200?
Place the key in the ignition and grab the steering wheel with one hand. Apply steady force in one direction to try to turn the wheel and as you do so, turn the ignition key. The steering wheel will simultaneously unlock as the ignition key turns allowing you to start the car. This is an antitheft device and is common on most cars.
Where is the low pressure port on a 1996 Saturn sl2?
I found the port this way. I looked at the diagram on the inside of the hood area on the front. It tells where the serpentine belt track travels and shows the AC is right in the front on the right of the belt track. There are two lines with knobs on them (side by side) coming out of the AC unit. The one that is on the inside is the Low pressure port. It has the slimmer metal tubing.

Where is the transmission dip stick for a 2002 Saturn?
There is no dipstick on the auto transmission for L200, there is an inspection plug. located near the out put shaft going to the passenger side.
The car has to be on a level surface (very important), remove the plug if the trans fluid dribbles out you have enough. it is not designed for everyday checks. Saturns view is that you only need to check the fluid if you suspect a leak (evidence of fluid on the ground). If you aren't seeing any then it is probably OK. If you are concerned I would have a garage check it for you, it's not an easy task without a lift. I hope this answers your question.
L2000 Saturn leaks when air cond on?
Warmer air is capable of "absorbing" more water.
When an air conditioner cools the air, some of that water condenses out, not only drying the air, but also leaving quite a bit of water on the coils of the air conditioner. Air conditioners not only cool the air, they also remove a lot of the humidity that makes the air feel "muggy".
The simple fact is, ALL vehicles can drip water when the air conditioner is on, depending on the relative humidity of your region on a specific day.
If your vehicle is only leaking water, it's just condensate, and the air conditioner is designed to properly deal with the condition.
Check the liquid that's leaking... if it's not colored (anti freeze color) and it's not oil... then it's condensate, a natural condition for a normally functioning air conditioner.
My Key is stuck in ignition won't start?
You may need to contact a locksmith or have the vehicle towed to a dealership.
If the vehicle is equipped with air bags, don't try to repair it yourself. They can be dangerous especially if you don't take the proper precautions.
If the keyswitch is damaged and THAT's the reason you can't get the key out, you'll need a new keyswitch. For most vehicles that involves removing part of the steering wheel assembly, but it all depends on what's involved to replace the switch in YOUR vehicle. The Saturn L series IS equipped with air bags, and it DOES have the ignition switch on the steering wheel. So have someone do that work for you. Air bags can be very dangerous when they go off unexpectedly, plus they're quite expensive.
