What is the BEST free online advice with NO catches or accounts?

How can I get the court to get my ex-spouse to prove with documents that she in fact has custody of my son. I have been hearing rumors for years from mutual frinds that she does not have custody and has been collecting child support. Three times I have filed a motion, and each time we come to court, she is asked verbally if she has has custody. She is not asked to provide any type of proof as my motion states. Ultimately the the judge simply states that I need to get a lawyer. I have been in and out of court for twelve years. If I had money, This would be handled without question. Yes, it's tough without a lawyer.

A girl in my class cuts herself and she says that she cant tell her mom because she is part of the reason she cuts herself and she admits that she needs help and you dont know what to do any advice?

She needs immediate professional help. Do whatever you can to get her to a therapist. See the links below for more information. You sound like you are a teen just like me. And teens are not going to go to adults to get professional help. I understand, because I am doing the same thing in life that your friend is doing. Life is hard, and it is her choice to cut herself. There is 2 things that you can do; what I do when a friend of mine is cutting, smoking, or hurting themselves in anyway, is tell them that if they do, that they will loose everything. My friend was doing hard drugs, so I told him that if he continues, I will do them all twice as hard. And that got him to stop. My other friend, she was cutting, and I told her that if she continued, I would cut twice as deep. She stopped.

When is self-help useful?

Self-help is useful should you realize that you have a serious problem and in turn conclude that if you do not help yourself, no one else will. That even if they do; it will not be adequate.

Self-help most often takes the form of self-help groups, 12-Step recovery programs, Voluntary committing yourself to a hospital or institution, seeking help from doctors and social workers of your own volition, trying out a new form of spirituality or religion, diet, exercise or may just be a book that you read and take it's ideas and instructions to heart. Mainly it is that YOU decide to do these things FOR YOU, not for anyone else or because you feel obligated (or get forced) to.

It is at it's most useful when you feel the most helpless. If you can start by admitting you have a problem and take steps to fix it...legitimate "help" is in fact possible. When you find yourself in a REALLY BAD spot, be it physically, mentally, emotionally, whatever. Telling yourself "I'm in trouble I need help," is normally more useful in the long run than waiting for (or hoping that) some external force will solve your problem FOR YOU-This is rare.

Therefore I'll equally state that self-help is ALWAYS USEFUL.

Hello I'm new here and I want to ask you all how can I convince my girlfriend to have a long distance relationship because she is worried about our future relationship will not working and want to break up now. Thank you?

Well, hi. First of all, see the signs she's giving you. Second of all, if she's worried then reassure her somehow. Last but not least, say that you are there for her no matter what and that you love her.

P.S. If she wants to break up, then ask her if you guys can still be friends, or maybe you will say that you guys have been going for so long and that if she wants to break up then politely say "Ok, I understand". etc..

Btw, welcome. I can't wait to know you better.

What is the most important lesson life has taught you?

4) The only temporal thing that you really own is time; and not much of that either. Every moment is golden.
5) It is essential to be happy, content, and optimistic.
6) Our soul (yes, humans possess a soul) - yearns for God; and this emotion won't be assuaged with food, money or pleasures.
