How to take srs light off 2004 Toyota solara?
SRS means 'Supplemental Restraing System' and if the light is on it means your airbag system has flunked the self test. There are many reasons this can happen ranging from a faulty car battery to being in an accident (full list below).
I'm going to guess you mean "how do you turn the srs light off" rather than "take" it off. It's fairly easy. Visit an auto supply store that will loan you an OBD II reader, It's an electronic gadget that plugs into the OBD II port under the dashboard (to the right of the steering column). Most readers have a 'reset' button that will erase trouble codes and turn the light off. BUT FIRST, check the code to see what the problem is with your SRS system. Turning the light off without fixing the problem is fruitless because the light will just come back on again.
Keep in mind, your airbag system is turned off when that fault light is on so if you're in an accident the bags won't deploy. Maybe you don't care about yourself and are willing to put a piece of tape over the light and forget about it but the lives of passengers could be at stake here too, so fix the problem.
Here's a partial list of reasons the SRS light could be on. The OBD II reader might zero in on one of these or offer another suggestion.

How do you put the tension pulley on?
First is you have to releive the tension and take off the belt. What ever side the tension is on from the belt that's the way it will need to go to give the belt slack to be removed. When you go to release the Tensionor back it will go further then it was before so what ever your using to unspring it (long wrench, Ratchet and socket, or tensionor tool) may get wedged.
If you are replacing the whole tensionor then you need to remove the bolt through the center of the tensionor pulley. On the back side of the tensionor is a little tip (about the size of a new eraser on the end of a pencil) that sets in a spot on the surface it bolts too. You'll need to put the new tensionor back in that spot. Thighten the bolt down snug.
If you just need the pulley itself off the tensionor then just take the bolt out that is through it. Put new one on and tighten up snug. Make sure it spins fairly free when your down. If you overtighten (create excessive drag) it it will wear out the new pulley fast and possiblly lock up when the bearing inside fails and cause your belt to break cause it doesn't spin anymore.

Yes. The transmission fluid is cooled by a separate set of cooling lines in the radiator that cools your engine. If the radiator has an internal leak, cross-contamination may indeed occur. Only a little amount of engine coolant in your transmission can cause a transmission malfunction.

Lastly I would check with local machine shops and see about rebuilding yours.
Motor oil for 4runner 3L 1991?
Yes motor has oil. See the question is vague. So in hopes I can pinpoint the answer don't be surprised if I miss the mark. Just send a clearer question. The engine will take 5 quarts of oil. at oil change. You will need to change the filter and the oil at the same time every 3000 miles 5000 max. The type can vary with where you live. cooler climates a 10-40 is good. warmer climates I prefer a 20-40 or 30 weight. Synthetic blend is great but in an older engine it can cause the older seals to leak. The oil is thinner or slippier or flows better so slips through the minute gaps that regular oils don't. Lots of online inf about that. I like Mobile oil myself or Valvoline. My dad used it and when we would overhaul our engines after 250000 miles they were still clean looking inside and the cylinder walls didn't need machining for the overhaul. I know guys that think me a fool and recommend castrol only. The reports are good about it and I would use it if I couldn't find the other. Hope I caught it.

improved error here:
not really a difficult task. time TOOLS and a little know HOW.
TIME about 1-2 hours depending on your tools ans expertise( along with your garage set up.)
TOOLS.. tire remover, standard sockets and wrenches, and spring compressors.
how to:
1. jack car and open hood.
2. remove tire.
3. under hood "loosen" the NUT holding the top of the strut.
4. remove the nuts/ bolts holding the bottom of the strut.
styles differ here, so the description is vague. SORRY.
(could also be a structure to remove)
5. remove the assembly from the car.
6. apply the spring compressors to the spring and compress evenly.
7. finish removing the NUT loosened in step 3, remove the strut from the center of the coil spring.
order the pieces for reconstruction, for later
8. make NOTE of the location of the pieces, sometimes there is a particular direction the parts need to be in for best results.. ( see 99 grand am)
9. re assemble in reverse order, with exception to the NUT. feel free to snug it up as tight as possible during "exterior" assembly.
10, now that you have re assembled the shock/ coil spring/ and top half of the parts and dust cover. put it back in the car and finish assembly.
11. double check your work.
12. attache your tire and remove JACK. torque your wheel to correct foot pounds. about 100.
SEE YA.
