* After SRL flashes, release odometer reset button
* Turn ignition off

Possibly both bulbs blown but unlikely.Probable cause is faulty reverse lamp switch.Locate this on the gearbox,possibly just under the clutch arm.Looks like a chunky brass nut with a wiring plug.Remove the plug and bridge the two connectors,if reverse lamps come on when ignition switched on,then your switch is faulty.Unscrew it and try cleaning it,or replace it.Some gearbox oil may be lost depending on switch position.

Not sure quite what your problem is. The bit which usually gives trouble is the egr.valve itself.This is usually replaced as an assembly,as I don't believe it is able to be refurbished.It only involves a wiring plug and two bolts to remove it.

If this is the one I am thinking of, that is vacuum operated, and on the top of what passes for an induction manifold on a Diesel engine, I don't think you can get it unless you do buy the whole unit. I suspect the reason for this is that the valve seats onto a precision machined surface that is part of the manifold. The valve and the valve seat have to be matched as a pair. Fitting a new valve to an old valve seat just wont work right, unless you have access to equipment that most Vauxhall dealers wont pay for just to replace one valve a year.

You don't state the year,but I believe all the Calibra's have the horn mounted on a bracket fastened to the wind deflector behind the radiator grille.The grille has to come off for access,up to model year 1986 ish you just press down in turn on the plastic clips you can see with the bonnet open.Later models reveal a few bolts or screws when the bonnet is lifted.Undo these and lift up on the grille.The horn is just bolted on and a wiring connector to pull off.

I assume by 1342 you mean the firing order of the cylinders. By convention, cylinder number one is always at the crankshaft pulley end of the engine, so on the Astra, if you are stood with the bonnet open looking at the engine, cylinder 1 is on your left. Admittedly it does get a bit more complicated with "V" engines, but that does not apply to the Astra.
