The exact timing specifications for a modified engine like a 350 small block with a Whipple supercharger and Holley throttle body can vary depending on factors like fuel type, engine build, and intended use. It's recommended to consult with a professional tuner or performance shop to determine the optimal timing for your specific setup to ensure safe and efficient operation.
It is hard to remove a steering wheel by hand. A person has to use a steering wheel puller to remove the steering wheel. It applies pressure to the middle with a screw/bolt and it pulls the rest forward.Ê
take it to the nearest Saturn or GM dealer to have it looked at
the only thing you can do is take it to the dealer. There are to many things that could be going on with the system and you do not want to fool with it.
You have to access the motor to test it but it probably is bad. The brushes in the botor hangup a lot and when this happens it quits.
Located in the fuel tank- unless there is an access area tank may have to be removed
From the 1994 Ford Econoline Owners Guide #8 radio memory, 15 amp fuse. #11 radio and clock, 15 amp fuse. #14 power windows, 20 amp circuit breaker.
The 4 pin connector should have 4 colored wires. They are: Yellow - Left Rear Stop and Turn Signal Green - Right Rear Stop and Turn Signal White - Chassis Ground Brown - Tail / License and Running Lights If you are matching a vehicle to a trailer, be sure to verify this with a test lamp or meter. Some folks make up their own rules, and the connector could be wired differently from the standard!
Crawl under the passenger side and you will be able to find it, looks like a coke can with three wires going to it, a easy change out just make sure to remove the battery first, and have a good socket set with some extender's to get to the back uper bolt depending on the year, get a Haynes Manuel it will save you $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
In general, you turn off an air bag light by fixing the problem that it is warning you about. The air bags are there to protect you in an accident. If they are not working, you need to fix them. Consult a trained and qualified mechanic. If this is a case where there is a passenger side air bag disable switch, there may be a key on the dash that you need to turn. It may be possible that the passenger side seat weight sensor is bad.
start by checking fuses. next check flasher and 4 way cans, both are separate and either can be problem, then check bulbs. but basically to naswer your question, u need to put what the problem is
The problem can be that the battery terminals are not tight enough or that the battery cables are worn out. A starter needs really tight contact to the battery in order to supply enough current to the solenoid and starter -- merely touching the terminals won't be enough.
Splice into the seat belt wires. + - wires.
Run the wires around to your dash board. connect a 100 ohm resister to a switch as if to be parallel with the seat belt circuit. when you flip the switch the car thinks your seat belt is fastened.
The only problem when you actually want to put on your seat belt then you get some error message on the dash. So, flip the switch off then fasten your seat belt. Then your set to go.
-Check to see if there is a plug on the bottom of the seat belt harness and try that... don't know if it will work but a good idea to start with...
always try asking a junk yard too. they tear them apart and should know what does what.
For 1986 Vanagon:
1. Remove plastic grill - 5 screws.
2. Remove entire metal cage surrounding light - 4 screws.
3. Unplug highbeam and lowbeam lights.
4. The white plastic things sticking through 3 of the 4 holes can be tapped out gently with a hammer, hitting the white plastic from the front.
follow the lower radiator hose,it will connect to the pump.you may have a thermostat mounted to the pump and your pump may be fine, check this out first.
Hello, low oil pressure can mean either you need to add oil,(which you should check to see if its low) or your engine can be on the virge of breaking, oil pump could be going out, the main bearings could be wore, several different things could be the cause, but if the oil is full, take your car to the shop and have it checked. I would reframe from running the engine no more than i had to until you can get it fixed.
I have a 1992 E150 club wagon with 285k that gets 16 on the open road crusing at 65-70.
the relay is located in the engine compartment fuse box which is located just above the steering box on the right side of the van. open the box and the relay on the center will be the pump relay
It's located in the fuel tank, so needless to say the fuel tank has to be drained and then remove the tank from the vehicle.
In a Ford E-150 :
With engine oil filter change :
The 4.2 liter V6 engine takes ( 6.0 U.S. quarts / 5.7 litres of engine oil )
You might find a stock tire jack for a Ford Econoline 150 van on Amazon or Ebay, or you could buy a non-stock jack that might actually be better than the stock jack at an auto parts store.
Connect it to the trailer chassis. Anywhere is ok, just make sure it is connected to solid unpainted metal.
Please get a multi-meter and check resistance at the point where you connect ground wire from the towing vehicle and the points where you would connect the grounds for the lights. If the resistance are too high better use direct wire. I bought a folding trailer from local Harbor Freights and I had to use a ground wire because there were no conductivities in the frame.

Too much combination of voltage/current. Fuses are to keep things from over-heating/catching fire. If you replace that fuse with a larger one, it won't blow as often, but it defeats the purpose of the original fuse, which is to limit your voltage/current.
