Is nickel used in developing photos?

No, not directly.

There are processes where nickel is used in recovering silver from used developer. Also, some developer tanks are stainless steel (typically, steel with about 18% chromium), which are usually made of a higher grade of stainless steel that also contains about 8% nickel. Other than these remote possibilities, I know of no other use for nickel in the photographic process.

What is Moving average forecasting?

In statistics, a moving average, also called rolling average, rolling mean or running average, is a type of finite impulse response filter used to analyze a set of data points by creating a series of averages of different subsets of the full data set. A moving average is not a single number, but it is a set of numbers, each of which is the average of the corresponding subset of a larger set of data points. A moving average may also use unequal weights for each data value in the subset to emphasize particular values in the subset. A moving average is commonly used with time series data to smooth out short-term fluctuations and highlight longer-term trends or cycles. The threshold between short-term and long-term depends on the application, and the parameters of the moving average will be set accordingly. For example, it is often used in technical analysis of financial data, like stock prices, returns or trading volumes. It is also used in economics to examine gross domestic product, employment or other macroeconomic time series. Mathematically, a moving average is a type of convolution and so it is also similar to the low-pass filter used in signal processing. When used with non-time series data, a moving average simply acts as a generic smoothing operation without any specific connection to time, although typically some kind of ordering is implied. GDP only measure current production according to my lecture notes What is the definition of production. Goods PRODUCED?

GDP per capita reflects the income of individuals, and can be used to compare countries whereas GDP reflects the total income in the economy and can't be used to compare economies with different populations. For example:

If the GDP of country A is 100 and country B is 200, it appears that country B is better off. But if country A has a population of 50 and country B has a popultion of 200, then each citizen in country A has an income of 2 and each citizen of country B has an income of 1, so country A is actually better off.

Is a 1984 penny that appears to be made of steel possible?

This coin has two possibilities; One is that someone has altered the coin after minting, such as coating it with mercury, ETC. A related possibility is that the zinc base coin lost its copper plating, or was never plated in the first place. This type of coin is worth only face value. The second possibility is that it is a misstruck coin. This type of error in minting is called 'Wrong Planchet'. The only planchet that a penny can be mistakenly minted on is a dime planchet. These are extremely rare and are worth $250.00.

What are the advantages of using variable costing?

ADVANTAGE OF VARIABLE COSTING 1. Inventory changes do not affect profit. 2. Phantom profits are ignored. - Profit resulting from inventory buildup, not sales, is ignored. - When absorption method reports phantom profits, it fails to account for expenses related to carrying the additional inventory. 3. Cost-volume-profit relationship - Facilitates c-v-p analysis by separating cost behavior. - Aids management in solving problems involving choices, e.g., make-or-buy decisions where it facilitates comparing company costs with the costs of buying from outsiders (we'll see this in week 6). 4. Marginal products - Variable costs correspond closely with current out-of-pocket expenditures for a product. - Provides sharper focus on the profitability of products, customer, territories. - Multiplying the volume of an item by its unit contribution margin discloses the relative importance of a product's contribution. 5. Impact of fixed costs - Easier to identify impact of FC by separating it and not burying it in inventory or cost of sales. - Helps management to control operating costs by separating them from COMMITTED COSTS. - Responsibility accounting is easier under VC. As VC does not allocate fixed costs to products, it simplifies tracing costs by lines of managerial responsibility. 6. Pricing policies - Contribution margin approach provides guidelines for the most profitable pricing policies. - In the long run, pricing policies should focus on AVERAGE FULL COST, and in the short run, CONTRIBUTION MARGIN. DANGERS OF VARIABLE COSTING 1. Many are accustomed to the functional income statement, the normal relationship of sales to total costs and to using gross margin and net income data. 2. May assign variable income a broader significance than it has. - When sales is greater than production, higher profits may mislead management into taking improper action. - When production is greater than sales (esp. at the onset of recession when sales lags production), the decreased profits may mislead management as to the severity of the recession and lead to missed future profit opportunities. 3. Over-emphasis may lead to improper decisions regarding relevant costing. - If company drops items contributing small amounts of profits, the fixed unit cost that other products must cover will increase. Thus, profits will likely decrease if company fails to add other products to its line. 4. Difficulty in separating cost behavior. 5. In light of the greater proportion taken up by fixed cost in an automated company's cost structure, the practice of eliminating fixed costs from products becomes questionable realistically and theoretically.

How do you make a jounin vest?

how i made was i had an old regular vest that was orange. i thought the basic shape was the same so i decided to make it into one. what i did was unstich the entire thing. I then bought some classic army green cloth. O sewed the fabric on the pre-existeing orange cloth and put it all back together. There was some adjudtments that had to be made, though. For the collar, i got a thin piece of foam and wrapped it in the green fabric, and sewed it on the collar. For the front pockets, i made 6 individual boxes of fabric, supported by poster board that i put on the inside. I then sewed in 6 snaps so i can access them, but i had them facing upwards instead of downwards so nothing falls out. You should study the manga in order to get an idea of your personal measurements. Oh! i almost forgot about the red spiral on the back: i placed a very thin strip of the foam between two red circular pieces of fabric and sewed a spiral into it. The second shoulder piece that wraps around the collar i also made form a thin piece of fabric wrapped in the green fabric. I bought an 18in zipper and attached that.

Overall, go to a second had store and buy an old fleece vest that fits somewhat snuggly. wrapp it in green fabric and sew away. If you try to make it from scratch, it would be too hard.

sorry i could not add a pic of mine! Hope this helps.
