You need to balance your wheels. Sometimes, your shocks can worsen the experience.

Probably warped brake rotors. They can be removed and resurfaced or replaced with new ones.

They will bright up when something is wrong. Each one means something different but you can use the users manual to figure them out.

Worn front end parts, suspension issues, slipped belt in the tires, tire balance problem.

Your ignition timing is probably too far advanced.. This means that the the position of the distributor is allowing the ignition to fire before it should. You engine is probably misfiring. Check your ignition and fuel systems.

First thing I would do is make sure that all the lug nuts are on all the tires and that that they are TIGHT. Another possibility is that when the tires were rotated that some of the wheel weights were knocked off.

Check the egr valve to see if it is clogged, and look for vacuum leaks. These would be the two most common places to start.

If the noise or vibration is coming from the rear axle itself, then you may have a worn set of gears in the rearend that may need replaced or adjusted. The vibration may also come from the driveshaft in need of some new universal joints. I always start with the cheapest fix and would pull the driveshaft, take it to a driveshaft repair shop and have them check balance and while it was there replace the universal joints. Reinstall the driveshaft and see if the problem is still there. If it is, then it is time to get into the rear end and pull the rear cover off and maybe determine if there is a lot of gear play, metal shavings or broken parts. It takes an experienced person to replace rear gears. Doing it wrong and getting the gear set meshed incorrectly can lead to premature failure. The average Joe can do it but plan on buying, borrowing or renting certain things to make sure you do the job correct, otherwise you will be doing it all over again. Some jobs are better left to the pros.

That doesn't make any sense. But if your car vibrates at idle and stand still, then you probably have a fuel delivery or ignition problem that is causing a misfire.

The tires may need alignment if it pulls to one side and or the wheels may need to be balanced

More than likely the tires are the issue, unless this happens when you are braking, then it is the front brake rotors. Tire problems are no joke, have them inspected even if it costs, its worth not being killed or killing someone else.
