Pre-soak bolt if you can a day before with wd-40 or something simliar.
1. place car in neutral (block tires so it does not move) 2. jack car up and remove tire
3. remove brake caliper, should be a 3/8 allen bolt. Press in piston cup for brake( one step less on assembling.)

5. get a t-55 hex head socket and there will be 3 bolt holding wheeling bearing on.
depending how long it has been you may have to use a pair of vise-grips to help turn so you don't strip out head of bolt.

Why would a 1990 Chevy 2500 blow the ignition ECM fuse?
Not sure why blowing but if you can look in owners manual or chiltons to see what else is on the same circuit for example fuse #2 may have fuel pump and cigar lighter on the same circuit and if something metal falls into cigar lighter it will blow the fuse each time a new fuse is put in. Hope it helps. Also on my 1989 Chevy 2500 I had the same problem and I had a short in some wiring running along the driver side frame rail by the fuel filter.

The wheel bearing is located in the Hub Assembly. It provides a reduced friction environment, making the wheel turn easier.
Jack your car up then take off your tire. there should be a large nut in the center of the hub that is your wheeling bearing nut. there is also a bearing on the back side that you must remove the brake caliper to get to.

If the car has a 3spd automatic (TH125) Look on the front (closest to the radiator) driver side of the tranny for a 4 prong plug...this is the TCC plug....
Unplug it and drive the car. If the problem goes away, then you can replace the solenoid or drive it with it unplugged...it WON'T HURT THE TRANNY!! You will suffer on mileage though.

Recently replaced the heater core in my 1991 Beretta GT. Took all day, two people to replace a $20.00 part. They steering column had to lay to the floor. The complete dash pad/panel had to be removed. Once that was done the rest was basic and easy.

Where is the brake master cylinder in a 1977 VW bug?
Under the car. Look at your brake pedal. There's a silver rod on a clevis coming out the back side of the brake pedal. It goes into a rubber boot that's sticking through the firewall. On the other side of the firewall is the master cylinder. The bolts you've got to remove to get the master cylinder out are above and to the right, and below and to the left, of the rubber boot. Oh yeah...because of where it is, there's a special way to bench bleed (prime) a VW master cylinder. The way to bench bleed most master cylinders is to clamp them into a vise, put fluid in the reservoir that's attached to them and pump the rod until fluid comes out the brake line ports. On a VW that doesn't work because you are almost guaranteed to dump the bench bleed out while you're attempting to get it under the car. It's better to install the master cylinder, hook up the reservoir hoses and the brake pedal, then fill the reservoir and put someone in the car to pump the brakes while you keep the reservoir topped up. Put a metal--very important--container under the master cylinder. When you hear fluid hitting the metal pan, you're done.

How do you check trouble codes on a 1994 Chevy Beretta?
The ALDL port is located on the driver's side, under the dash. You will need a GM Tech1 (or compatible) scantool to retrieve codes from either a 1994 or 1995 Beretta. This is because GM was in a transitional period between 1993-1996 to comply with the government mandated OBD-II system. The diagnostic components in those years are a combination of OBD-I and OBD-II parts, and cannot be scanned with a standard scantool.
Unfortunately, unless you know someone with such a scantool (GM Tech1, Actron CP9150, etc.), you will need to go to a GM dealer to have your codes read.

How do you replace the fuel filter on a 1996 Chevy Beretta?
the fuel filter on a 96 beretta is on the driver side in the rear underneath. it is about as big as the oil filter and is silver. it is easy to take off. The fuel filter in my 96 Beretta is on the passenger side in the rear of the car right above the axle. It's also big and cylindrical. Someone suggested that you first start the car and shut it off in gear. That way, there won't be as much pressure in the gas line and leak all over the place. Suggestion: be prepared for gasoline to leak out of the lines. Do in well ventilated place or outside.
Check for a vacuum leak either under the dash or under the hood
Check the operation of the vacuum operated motors under the dash
Check the operation of the selector switch
