How do you put in transmission fluid in a 1990 Chrysler lebaron?
The tube that holds the check dipstick is the only way to add fluid. Add slowly with motor running and up to operating temperature. Add some, continue to let it run for a minute or two, then check the level with dip stick. then repeat until proper level is reached. All of this is done with the engine running and at normal running temperature. I find it a tedious process but it is important to get the fluid level correct. These transmissions are rather temper mental so take the time to get it right.
How do you troubleshoot a heater ac that will not blow anywhere but defrost in a 92 lebaron?
There is a caseunder the dash that holds the heater core and ac evaporator core. In that case there are what are called blend doors. They are controlled by vacuum from the engine that runs to the doors through a diaphragm. The defrost/floor position is the default position that the blend doors automatically go to if there is a malfunction. Usually when that happens it is caused loss of vacuum. Another sign of a vacuum problem is when there is an apparent loss of air from the dash/side vent position upon acceleration which returns to normal when not accelerating. Annoying but harmless.

The water pump on a 3.0 liter V6 lebaron is located internally. It is not just an accessory on the outside running off of your serpentine belt. It runs off of the Timing belt, and never sees the light of day. How Sad. :( Anyway, In order to change the water pump you must remove all pulleys and accsesories located out side the engine, Includes A/C componants as well. Support the engine, remove side engine mount. Remove crankshaft pulley and harmonic balencer. Once you have access to the timing covers, you can then remove the covers and unbolt the water pump. Change the timing belt while you change your water pump too. It will save you fr next time. (Make sure you clean off the old water pump gaskets while you are in here. If you don't you will leak water until you change it again.)
After reinstalatoin of all parts you will most likely have to RE-TIME the engine, as it most likely be off. You should tune it up here as well. (Plugs and Wires, ETC...) With the new quiet water pump and tune'd up car you'll think it was brand new.

There is a possibility that your door is not closed properly. The hinges are prone to go bad, and your door will not close properly hence a battery drain by the interior lights. You could also have a bad battery
I would first check and replace the air filter. Then you can check for faulty vacuum lines. I would check the PCV valve on top of the valve cover. This can cause some screwy idling problems as well. Then check the plugs next. Run some good injector cleaner through the gas tank as well. Just some places to start. Hope this helps you. check vacuum hoses for cracks or wear,check dstributor cap,make sure cap is on securely and there is no gap between cap and distributor I had same problem cap was loose I tightened cap and problem went away

This caused by a clogged AC water trap discharge hose being blocked. Finf where it exits on the engine fire wall. Disconnect hose and and clear blockage with a screwdriver or equivalent.

to replace the switch u will need the key to the old ignition switch. its as simple as getting a t15 bits to take off the steering colum and unscrewing the switch i think the bit size is t25 and you need a special bit with a hole in the center of it. you take off the steering wheel column covers.

if it is the same as my 1990 there is a timing window on the top of the bell housing on the drivers end of the engine. you have to remove the air filter housing to see it. there are some marks on the housing. 0 degrees on the left side and higher numbers towards the firewall. there is a mark on the flywheel to align with. the correct timing should be 12 degrees before top dead center.

you can take a dual fan system off a 90 91 92 93 Chevy cavalier and use it as your dual fan system just be sure to hook up both of the fan`s = = = = = = = = = =
You can also buy a 12V electric cooling fan on Eb*y - check for corect (shallow) depth, and not too large to fit radiator. They're new so won't fail for a long long time, and pretty cheap ($25-$30 @ delivered).
Hang plastic fans to radiator with nylon quick-connectors / tye-strap connects found at PepBys or HDepot, or Hardware Store - maybe 25 cents each. 4 per fan. Get long ones, pull them closed THRU radiator, cut off excess. Plenty heat resistant enough for temperatures near radiator.
Best to install fans with separate relays for power direct from battery, so not to overload old switches/relays on the car; with extra relays, only milliamp draw on old switch/relay. 12v Relays 30 amp from Radio Sh*ck work well, are generic and (6-2007) cost only $6.50 @ (Model: 275-226 )
I Set up one car with 2 fans side-by-side this way:
- Fan "A" Temp sensor would cut in fan "A" to cool car off.
- Fan "B" was connected to A/C relay, if A/C was on, Fan was ALWAYS on, helped the A/C to work best, made sure car would not overheat.

First thing to check would be all your connections..make sure you have a good clean ground... if all your connections are good then i would say your blower motor is overheating and shuting down(replace it)
