Take off the fake wood trim it just prys off start at the top there are three clips. There will be 2 screw/bolts holding the CD player in place. Once those screws are out it will be free, but don't rip it out as the wiring harness is probably caught as mine was.
You may need to remove the climate control unit. There are three screws to do so. The radio wires are long enough to allow the radio to come out, but as the factory installs it they are looped around the plastic housing (they are caught inside) and you don't want to pull a wire out of the harness. Removing the climate control unit allows you to stick your hand in the back and get the radio to fully come out so you can disconect the harness, antenna and ground strap.
