There are adjusting screws at the top and sides of the lights.

The screw posts are threaded bolts with a 4mm hex shape end on it and can be adjusted with a socket wrench.

The vertical screw post adjusts the light up (counter clockwise) and down (clockwise) and is located in an access hole on the top of the light assembly just to the outside of the headlight center.

The horizontal (left/right) adjustment screw post is located on the back of the light assembly towards the car center. Turn the post clockwise to lower the headlight beam and counter clockwise to raise it.

Flip the arms up, and release the catch at the base of the arm and pull up.

What is not working about the speedometer cluster? Wrangler speedometer clusters use LED lights and the speedometer is electronically powered, no mechanical cable. Replace cluster if reason for speedometer not working is in the cluster. Check to see if speed sensor is bad before replacing cluster. On wranglers, mileage on salvage clusters may not matter because the computer on the wrangler stores mileage and mileage normally reverts back to mileage in computer. Replacing cluster requires a two out of five level of knowledge. Short 3 to 4 inch and long Philips screw driver and patience is all that should be needed to do the job. After removing screws, be careful not to break clips on molding that help hold cluster in place. Do not attempt to replace LED lights, if this is the problem. Ebay has these clusters for around $85 plus shipping of approximately $15. Hope this answer helps.
