What kinds of cars will fit a Camac Athena harp?
I'm not too sure about Camacs, but I have a Lyon & Healy style 17, which is a semi-grande, and it fits great in my Nissan Murano. Also, any mini-van will fit a harp if you column-load it. When you go check out some cars at the dealerships, bring your harp cover to see if it will fit in the car. I know the Harp Column magazine (www.harpcolumn.com) puts out an extensive list of "harpmobiles" and ranks them on a number of factors. Hope I could help.
What are the differences between Chapters 7 and 11 and 13 bankruptcies?
There is a big difference between these two. Chapter 7 is known as a debt liquidation bankruptcy whereas chapter 13 is debt restructuring. Chapter 7 involves getting the majority of your debts discharged (although not all are an option) and chapter 13 reorganizes your debts and the court sets up a payment plan.

You only get the car back if you file for Chapter 13 before the bank auctions off the vehicle. If you file for Chapter 13 before the auction, the bank should turn over the property right away. If the bank won't cooperate, you may need to file a formal motion with the bankruptcy judge for a turnover order. The time to have the motion heard will depencd on the Court's workload, perhaps 4-6 weeks.

If I file bankruptcy can I add my mother's creditor with my bankruptcy?
Just because she is your mother, it does not mean that you are automatically liable for her debts. When you file for bankruptcy, you can include only those debts which you are liable either personally or as a co-signor or joint debts. If you are not a co-signor and you include your mother debt in your bankruptcy, you will be committing fraud and your petition will be dismissed. Once a bankruptcy petition is dismissed for fraud, there may be restrictions on future filings. Your mother will continue to be liable for the debt. If she is unable to pay the debt, she can file for bankruptcy to discharge the debt. For an official opinion, it is advised you seek legal counsel.
Can the repo man find out where you work How Any way to hide the info from them temporarily?
Yes the Repo man can find out where you work. I am a repo man. I repo 18 wheelers and equipment. I find out where people work all the time. The bank can run a credit check on you and if you have applied for a loan anywhere that reports to the credit reporting agencies then they will have your current address and place of employment. Also there is always some one who knows where you live, work, shop, go to church, ect............ The repo man will talk to your friends, neighbors, and realtives. He will offer all of them a finders fee. Sooner or later someone will talk. And then you are walking. I know of several ways to slow the repo man down. if anyone is interested they can contact me at mandr2gether at aol.com
What does it mean when a car turns over?
1) the vehicle is upside down
2) ownership has changed
3) common term describing cranking, or starting the engine
Guess what? Your boss didn't tell ME not to repo on his lot. It doesn't cover every repoman who may come to get your car. Now if he had a security guard to keep unauthorized visitors out... but he probably wont do that just to protect your car from repomen. maybe he should give you a raise so you can pay your notes..wouldn't that be better??
nice roosta.... I am glad I work in a fenced guarded work place... ha ha ha ha
NO they cannot trespass but as you can see from the above response legality means little to them.
If the authorized representative of the owner of the property or the owner of the property tells the repoman to leave, then the repoman has to leave. It cannot be a customer, janitor or employee unless they are considered a legal representative of the owner. It's kinda funny, my engine on my truck runs pretty loud and I can barely hear anyone who is yelling at me. I think they are yelling at me, usually it sounds like they are yelling "Hey, that's a nice truck!" but I can never be sure!
As I said before legality means little to these repo morons but after your car is gone it is to late.
From what I have read, if the repo man is told to leave he has to and is not supposed to return. However, the finance company can send out 25 different ones. Each time they have to be told to leave. A lot of times these repo people(I had a better word but I am being nice) think they are bounty hunters or above the law. That is when they get cocky and arrogant and eventually mess up.Only if the lease contains a clause allowing the action to take place. Many leases will have a stipulation about rent increases and/or added fees. If there is none, then the terms agreed on are legally binding and any changes w/o the consent of all parties constitutes a breach of contract. Adding: What do you mean by "the amount of the lease"? As above, many leases are written as "Triple-Net," (also known as net-net-net or absolute net,) which means the Lessor may pass along the costs of utilities, insurance, and real estate taxes. Other leases may say that the common area (or unrentable part) of a building are shared expenses dependent upon your square footage and/or the total occupied square footage at any given time. Also, some leases have closing costs - especially if you've got a leasing agent involved; if your contract is so written then you're paying more for the space but not necessarily in terms of rent per square foot. OR, if something occurs which would otherwise render the lease void or unenforcable as it currently exists (either lease langugage or changes in law or regulation.) In effect, your old lease may be voided out and you then operate effectively with an oral lease. (Again, most leases have a clause, though, which says that if one part of a contract is unenforcable, the rest remains in force.)

If the lender wins a lawsuit and is awarded a judgment, the judgment can be executed as a lien against real property owned by the judgment debtor, including the primary residence. In most states other ways of executing a judgment are, wage garnishment, bank account levy and the seizure and liquidation of non-exempt real or personal property belonging to the debtor.
Can creditors put a lien on a deceased property if there is no will?
The existence of a will has no bearing on whether or not they can place a lien. If they have a legitimate debt and a judgment, or an agreement in the loan regarding a lien, they can place the lien on the property or the estate.
You do not have to take possession of the vehicle in Florida. There are 49 other states in the Union.

How can you be cured from Humiliation?
If you have been humiliated by something you haven't done and the person(s) are just nasty then hold your head up and walk away. After all who IS THIS PERSON(S) to you anyway! People who harm other people by humiliation methods are insecure and immature. You owe them nothing! If you are true to yourself you can never go wrong.
People can call you names, beat the heck out of you, etc., but one thing they can NEVER take away from you is your integrity, your soul and your faith.
Stand proud and NEVER falter!
Humiliation isn't a disease, but a frame of mind. It depends what you did. We all make mistakes and sometimes we can really make some bad judgment calls and can be humiliated by our peers. No matter what caused this for you think of it as a learning field. We ALL make mistakes so we can learn from it so you have to figure out what you have learned by what you did. Once you have done this then you work on your personality and face up to what you have done. If need be go directly up to the people involved and apologize and some may accept your apology while others may not, but that is something you should do to be responsible for your actions.
The true crime of such things as humiliation, embarrassment, saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, etc., is not learning from your mistakes. We will all make mistakes throughout our lives and it's how we handle it to better ourselves that counts.
So, face up to yourself, straighten those shoulders out, plant both feet on the ground and face up to what you have done. Apologize and take the consequences from each person.
Will the VIN on a vehicle tell its color?
No the vin does not have the color code. Depending on the model year and make trying looking at the vin sticker inside the drivers door jam to find the color code.
That answer is incorrect, the VIN does tell the color, it tells everything.
GM codes can be confusing! BC CC before the color code. This stands for Basecoat/Clearcoat. The U in the paint code means the Upper Color and the L means the Lower Color. Two tone vehicles will have each color coded, i.e. 96U and say 36L. Also, it could be 8867L or 8867U. You will need to find out from your vendor which digits depict the color.
