How many days do you have to be past due before your vehicle can be repossessed?
Read the terms of the contract. Once the contract is "In Default", the note can be called in and the vehicle can be repossessed. It can be as soon as 1 day past due. But in reality, most banks know that they'll probably loose money on the process so most will try to give you a little extra time.
Is it a Khalifa or another title that issues Death Warrants in Islam?
Just like everywhere else it's a judge that issues the death penalty after inquiring with a "mufti"(a man who studies all aspects of islam) and for specific reasons "Is it a Khalifa or another title that issues Death Warrants in Islam?" Dear Clergyman, As a response to the truths which Jesus spoke, the Scribes, Pharisees, and Sadducees replied with silence. They were not only in error but were also obstinate in their error. The answers Jesus gave to their questions--truly challenges to Jesus' knowledge--were incontestable. They could not accept that their understanding of beliefs and traditions, they held to be precious, were not correct. They feared that if the beliefs which they held, and had taught to be true, were proven to be wrong, they would loose face and possibly, with a significant change in approach to faith, loose their exalted positions. They did not want to accept the teachings which Jesus had presented with clarity. Because they were agitated with the words Jesus spoke, they were angry with Him and sought His death. They were literally willing to do anything to keep their precious beliefs and positions intact. You bishops individually and collectively have a responsibility to all within your jurisdiction to promote justice in their regard through your teaching authority. Each one of you has personally failed in your duty in regard to each of the following: "It is the task of the Church's Magisterium to see that the dynamic process of following Christ develops in an organic manner, without the falsification or obscuring of its moral demands, with all their consequences. The one who loves Christ keeps his commandments (cf. Jn 14:15)." You seem to believe yourselves to be super persons who are not subject to any form of control. You use people to further your own ends by deceptive teachings which mollify those who are acting offensively to God. You seem to like being treated as quasi idols. The Ninevites put on sackcloth and ashes following their condemnation by Jonah in the hope that God might see the sincerity of their change of heart. Should the nations of this world do less? Will the bishops, the lawful spiritual leaders of the world, do less? Carefully read, slowly re-read, then, with much reflection, read a third time the attached documents. Think about what you have read for the balance of the day. The morning following receipt of this document you should be willing to act if you are a person of faith and lover of truth and justice. The time is short. Do not procrastinate. I will be happy to enter a dialog with whoever is interested and with however many are interested. This could be your last opportunity for salvation. Do not hesitate, act soon. Bishops of all ranks of the Roman Catholic Church are guilty of the sin of omission 18. by their failure to accept and/or practice the teachings of the Church they have made a commitment to believe in and practice. Further, their commitment by ordination was to accept the formal universal teachings of the Church. This includes, subject to universally authoritative interpretive explanation, the whole of Sacred Scripture as well as all papal universally proclaimed and/or approved Church teachings. These teachings have always been made with proper consideration of natural law and are always in regard to matters of faith and morals. Unfortunately most clergy place more faith in the written opinions of modern day theologians than they do in authentic teachings of the Church. "Thus the word of the LORD came to me: Son of man, I have appointed you a watchman for the house of Israel. When you hear a word from my mouth, you shall warn them for me. If I say to the wicked man, You shall surely die; and you do not warn him or speak out to dissuade him from his wicked conduct so that he may live: that wicked man shall die for his sin, but I will hold you responsible for his death. If, on the other hand, you have warned the wicked man, yet he has not turned away from his evil nor from his wicked conduct, then he shall die for his sin, but you shall save your life. If a virtuous man turns away from virtue and does wrong when I place a stumbling block before him, he shall die. He shall die for his sin, and his virtuous deeds shall not be remembered; but I will hold you responsible for his death if you did not warn him. When, on the other hand, you have warned a virtuous man not to sin, and he has in fact not sinned, he shall surely live because of the warning, and you shall save your own life."Eze 3:17-21 Reverend David C. First thing; insulin doses are in units and not in ml. Each ml of Insulin may have 40, 100 or even 500 units; that is a matter of solution concentration. My mother-in-law aged 75 is to undergo cataract operation by lazer. She was unaware that she is diabetic patient. Her levels were found to be 209/384. Doctor advised insulin to ensure effective control. We got an insulin pen (Insuman-25/75 from Aventis) that was home delivered with demonstartion by local support team. The cost of pen is under Rs. 200 for 300 units. She was advised dose of 18 units before breakfast in the morning and 12 units before dinner with 1 tab of Glynase-MF in the morning. Having gone with the advise her levels in 5 day dose were 95/109. Excellant results! This amounts to almost Rs. 20 per day at her level. No two pateints are similar therefore this result and per day cost can not be generalised. Doctor is the best person to tell you the composition/ concentration/ type or dose. Initially a close watch on levels may be needed but then once in a month sampling may prove good enough. I am not a doc and may not be able to answer medical science questions any more but would be happy to assist further. Kapoor.tilakraj@gmail.com

How do you get started in repossession in Montana?
I wanna be a Repoman ! Dan Meeks - I want to be a Repoman. - 12/31/2003 I want to be a Repoman. What do I do to get set up? Seems like every time you turn around someone is asking that question again.. If the question is coming from a youngster, the best answer is to tell them to stay in school and learn to do something else. But who is the right type of person to do this job? What steps should they take to get started? No matter who asks me, my answer is always the same. Go out and get a job working for an agency with a good reputation. I would even go farther and suggest an entry level job as a lot tender or something. A person needs to be exposed to a few agents that have years of experience in this industry for an extended period of time before going out and jumping all over paperwork and keys. The best way to learn is to watch someone in action. It also helps to discuss the finer details and shortcuts, hear about mistakes and fallacies, but nothing beats being there. Now Im not just talking about mapping out a route, learning how to maneuver a tow truck, or any of the physical and mental skill tasks that have to be learned through experience and practice. Im talking foremost about interview techniques and handling people that become irate. Im talking about knowing what you can and can not say. where you should and should not go. what you can and can not do. There are so many holes that a recovery agent can fall into if they dont know right from wrong. Taking a training program is a great way to get started with this. But it will be a matter of time before it all comes together with practical application. If you sat down and book learned this job from front to back and inside out, by the time you got finished you would swear that there is no way to do the job without breaking the rules. Truth is., that is not far from the truth. Then there is the misnomer that this job is packed with danger and excitement. Im not going to try to tell anyone that they wont come close to wetting their skivvies the first few times they are involved with a repo. Matter of fact, if you are foolish enough to get out there and start snagging cars without proper guidance and over sight you may very well be one charged up dude. But at that point in your career you a very dangerous person to be around. You are much better off sitting in a truck watching a pro in action. If you pay close attention, the first thing youll be amazed about is that he is not even fazed by any type of adrenal rush. That isnt a hard and fast rule. Even an experienced agent will step out on the edge and try something they might be better off not to do and get nervous. In certain situations the job can get too interesting. But the dirty little secret is that the job can be really boring. For the most part, after you have a good grip on this job, you see that it is so obviously benign most of the time. There a certain level of comfort and awareness that a quality agent manages to get into. That will seem sad if all you are looking for is a chance to have fun stealing cars and get paid for it too. But it is very important for personal and public safety that an agent find an amenity to dangerous situations. Why? You cant think straight and make good choices when your head is about to blow off from some hopped up excitement or fear. At the same time, you cant get so comfortable in your routine that you never feel that nagging sensation in your gut that tells you to think again and maybe not do something risky. Sometime that gut instinct is all you have. There are not always obvious warning signs of danger. Youll find that sometime there is a certain stink you cant smell. Maybe theres a silent problem that you cant quite touch. But somehow you know its there. You cant buy that kind of professionalism in Wal-Mart. That is something that sneaks up on you after youve been around long enough to have a pocketful of walking around sense. One of the most important skills a recovery agent learns is to read the potential pop. You have to know in your heart what the worst case scenario could be. You have to be able to visualize what it is gonna take for you to get your unit and get clear. You have to be prepared for potential confrontation by someone bigger than you or uglier than you or just plain out someone that is having a worse day than you.

What forms do repo agents need before they can legally repossess an automoble?
Every State has differ papers. Louisiana has vol. surrneder (V/S repossession) and the new 2005 (year) self-help (S/H repossession). Let's start V/S (2 pieces of paper), you must be in default of payment or request repossession of your vehicle, plus a voluntary release agreement (2nd paper) must be signed by you and the co-buyer (if there is a co-buyer) and a faxed assignment to the repoman (1st paper, which you never see) from the lienholder to go get their vehicle, which you must freely want to surrender per that repoman's charm. If it wasn't voluntary then it ain't legal. No Pay $ - No V/S (on your part) - results in immediate legal action against you if desired by lienholder (at your expense). Sheriffs, Lawyer, Court get some of your money for their services per your decision to not work with lienholder per lienholders demands for $$ or V/S. Now S/H (3 pieces of paper), you must be in default 2 payments. A security agreement (one paper) must state that self help can be used against your loan. A "curement" (10 day notice) letter (second paper) was mailed to you (it your responsability that your mail comes to correct address per your application for this loan) and it has expired without payment. The repo man must be licensed (third paper) with picture ID on him (but you will never see him).
Can a car be repossessed from your covered parking stall in apartment complex?
Yes. Your car can be repossed from anywhere but locked garage. The repossesion team cannot break in to a garage or other locked building. But they can still retrieve it, by serving you with papers to release the car. Keep in mind, the bank or finance company that gave you the loan for your car actually owns your car; you do not really own it. If you do not pay your loan payments and are threatened with repossesion, they have every right to get that car from you, even as it is sitting in front of your apartment, which is ostensibly private property. A friend of mine once had his car repossesed from outside his workplace while he was at work; he had to bum a ride home.
You should get the difference less any outstanding tax liens, fees and costs associated with the foreclosure. In a normal foreclosure the above is true...any excess above the total amount of accrued interest, fees, principal, costs, etc for the bank to foreclose, is yours. If it isn't enough (a deficiency), you still owe the balance. However in BK the excess if any is going to be used first to pay off any other creditors. (BK involves everything you owe and everything you own, proceeds from selling assets get used to pay off debts/liabilities). On the other hand, any deficiency is then discharged. In this case, if all your other debts are more than the amount raised from selling the assets, that amount would be discharged. The mortgage lender in this case won't be getting any part discharged as he will be paid in full. He has first call up to the amount described above, on the proceeds from the secured property.
First,I am an American who did business in Costa Rica for 23 yrs. If the company who sold you the car wants to spend about$30,000 in legal fees, transportation costs, several months of "tramites" or red tape, yes they can repossess the car. The figure above is a conservative figure. fiber123@hotmail.com
