Your best bet is to pay the $15 for a Chilton manual or go to the dealer for this type of question. I have the same problem on my 1998 SL1. The dealer said $1,200 and another non-dealer shop said $1,100. I said I will check out my Chilton manual. It seems very involved just to replace a gasket. But most of the work is done from top.

If you are not getting any fuel to the engine, my guess is that the impact may have jarred the fuel pump wiring connections loose. The fuel pump is located inside the gas tank.
The fuel pump will only operate with the ignition On and the engine running or cranking. With the ignition on, the pump relay is only energized for 2 - 3 seconds and will be disabled if the PCM does not see reference pulses from the crank position sensor. To re-initialize the pump, the ignition must be turned Off for at least 10 seconds

I replaced the battery in my 1994 SL2 about a year ago. I was able to get the protective case off of the battery, but I'm not exactly sure how at this moment. I believe there are some clips that hold the case onto the battery. I didn't have any problem with the cables, except that they are a little hard to get at being on the side of the battery. Now, assuming it's the same as with the '93 sl2 (which i imagine it should be), there should be a thermal-protective case over the battery, with a metal bar going through it and bolting onto the side of the.........car. there should also be a nut connecting the bar to a little pole that comes up from beneath it. Removing these two nuts should allow you to lift the bar and the case off together. that first nut i mentioned is a pain in the neck to get at with a wrench.

The most likely culprit is the heater core.. its usually located under the dash on the passenger side.. if it starts leaking you will have water on the passenger side floorboard.. also the radiator fluid will be low.. Another possibility is the drain from the ac is clogged... alowing condenced water from the ac process to dump in the passenger side floorboard.. the heater core and the ac drain are located in the same area...

How do you change the oxygen sensors in Saturn 2001 SC2?
Typically, you only need to replace the top sensor(s). If it's a 4 cylinder Saturn, just replace the sensor that is near the junction of the exhaust manifold and the headpipe.
If it's a V6 Saturn, replace BOTH sensors that are near the junction of the exhaust manifold and headpipes.
They screw out, much like a sparkplug. If you purchase an exact replacement, you can just plug in the new sensor. But some of the aftermarket sensors (many of which actually work better/longer than OEM) are equipped with only a wire bundle which must be spliced to the old sensor cable.
It's a simple process, and should only take a few minutes.
