I disagree with this answer...spring assisted and automatic are two different things in my opinion...as a law enforcement officer, I would not cite or confiscate, under normal circumstances, someone carrying a spring assisted knife.

No. It cannot be concealed and it has to be a one edged knife not a double edged stabbing instrument like daggers, dirks, stilletos things in that nature but u can have any sized HUNTING knife strapped to your side unconcealed.
