98 corlla starter will not disengage?
A real common problem for toyotas, according to the dealer, is for the contacts within the starter solenoid to get burned and worn and necessitate replacement. The starter has an integral solenoid that is rebuildable with replacement contacts that can be had at the dealer for about 6 dollars each(there are two). The plunger or disk that the contacts touch needs to be cleaned with some emery cloth sandpaper or scotch brite. Ensure that there is insulation at both contact where it contacts the starter body or it will short.
The other solution is a new solenoid which is over $100.

Will a 1997 geo prizm automatic transmission fit in a 1994 Geo prizm?
It depends on whether or not the transmissions between the two cars are the same (5-speed manual, 3-speed automatic, or 4-speed automatic). If you attempt to install a 5-speed manual where you had a 3-speed automatic you'll not be driving anywhere without some modifications to the car. Most of the Geos sold had the automatic transmissions, though, so odds are that both cars are auto. With regards to whether or not an auto transmission of a differing size will fit, I can't garuntee that it will work if you try to go a step up. A 4-speed automatic contains one more gear than a 3-speed, and so is physically large. I don't know whether or not it will fit in the old space allocated to the transmission in a '94. A 3-speed in a 4-speed's place will be physically smaller, though, so it has a decent chance of working out for you, though it will take some getting used to. Prizms were mass-produced, and came with the three different options of transmissions. As I said before, I can't be certain that a large transmission will fit without some parts rubbing, but with most mass-produced cars, they can take any of the factory-standard parts. Just a precaution: Don't try to go with the transmission of anything newer than a '97 Prizm. '93-'97 Prizms are "second generation" Prizms, and utalize most of the same parts and the same technology.

How do you replace the inner tie rods on a 1991 Ford Escort 1'9L automatic?
It takes a special tool called an "inner tie rod removal tool". They are made by Snap-on. Looks like a piece of pipe that a special crowsfoot attachment goes in, the other end has a 1/2 drive hole for a breaker bar or torque wrench. Watch for one on e-bay. I only paid about ten dollars for mine that way. Well worth full price if you have to pay it.
From what I know (doing my own troubleshooting). It means you need to take it in to get your brake pads replaced.
Over-drive allows the transmission to turn at a faster rate than the engine. This lessens the work load on your engine and improves gas mileage.
Which one is signal light fuse located on 1994 Toyota Corolla?
Under the dashboard i believe. Not to sure sorry
I have the same vehicle, and have already had the same problem. It resulted from trying to shut the trunk and the latch is already triggered. Hence it hits on the piece it should latch around and moves it down. In my case the two 10 mm bolts that hold that in place were loose, or so I thought, because I could move it up and down by hand. When I tried to tighten it, the bolts would not tighten, so seems the welded on nuts inside the enclosed area you cannot access are stripped.
My solution to the problem was to fold my back seats down, remove the black plastic trim over the latch first, then crawl in the trunk with a flashlight and screw driver, and have someone shut the trunk while I held the latch up. Once it was closed and latched I had them keep very slight pressure on the trunk lid so it shut just firm enough so it would not rattle around. I then took out a fine black marker from a shirt pocket and marked around it as best I could. Then I opened the trunk again, and held the piece in place with a small pair of pliers, and took the mig welder and put a couple of tack welds on each side of it.
That was over a year ago and it has been fine since. Your other option to fix it "right" is too remove the rear bumper cover, use a hole saw to make a big enough hole to work through in the body to access the necessary area, and drill out the exsisting nuts that are there from in the trunk, then hold a nut in place through the hole below, to wind a new bolt into. Your choice, I took the cheap and easy way out, I was also concerned with once I drilled a hole down there it would become a water and wet debris trap and encourage rusting.
