Where is the turn signal flasher on a 2001 Buick LeSabre -Limited?

GM fuse panels for the interior electrical components are left of the steering column, just above where the drivers left shin would normally be. Open the panel door and you should be able to see a large round flasher module... that's it!

actually on a 2000 lesabre limited its NOT in the fuse panel... if you drop the plastic piece that covers the bottom of the dash by your feet on the drivers side and look at the bottom of the steering column you should see the round flasher there with an orange and brown wire going to it... it should be a 552 wagner flasher number

How do you replace the flasher on a 2001 Chevy Malibu?

The flasher is part of the hazard switch and they are replaced as a unit. Remove the trim piece from the dash. This is attached with screws in some places and press fit in others. Once the trim is loose it is a simple matter to replace the switch.

Mazda B-Series flasher location?

Easy it is on the driver side at the kick panel towards the hood release lever.Lay down and look up towards said hood release above the plastic trim and you will see a block that may be black or green in color mounted on the inside part of what would be fender area(to a degree) in explaining. Most auto stores carry this and buy a new flasher SO you know what you are looking for before you remove the OLD unit.

Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 1995 Chevy S10?

The turn signal and hazard flashers are located on the bottom right hand side of the driver's side dash below steering column, to the left side of the ashtray. Take out the three screws and pull down. The hazard flasher is on the left and the blinker flasher is on the right.

.....I found that it was more then three screws but it was where the above stated it was.

.....You may not be able to get the whole dash down, I just bent it down enough to get my arm in there and put the new flasher in... good luck but it fixed my problem so i was happy

I had the same problem, but after asking everyone I knew, I found the answer online. The above is correct, but to make it easier to get to the flasher, you may want to take out the ashtray and remove the screw that was hidden by the ashtray. This will make it a little easier to spread the dash apart to get to the flasher.

Where is the flasher relay located on a 1995 Subaru Impreza?

It is located in the engine compartment, near the battery I'm pretty sure. You'll see a black box that has a bunch of fuses and relays in it, should be able to check the owners manual to see which is which...happy hunting!!

How do you replace the front turn signal bulb located on a 1998 Chevy Cavalier?

I assume this question means changing the bulbs...

What you'll need:Screwdriver or Pliers - for the rivets holding the plastic cover1/2 inch Socket WrenchFlashlightSmall mirror - Helpful to see how to line up the bulb and socket in the bumper.

Remove the black plastic cover over the headlamp assembly. It is held on by a few plastic "rivets." Be careful not to break them (I did). Remove the two 1/2 inch bolts holding the headlamp assembly frame. Lift or slide the headlamp assembly forward. Then, you will have access to the back of the turn signal lamp next to the headlamp and the lamp below in the bumper. The bulb in the bumper is actually on the bottom of the assembly. Both bulbs can be removed with a 1/4 turn.

Your right turn indicator blinks too fast but only when the lights are on Left turn is fine all bulbs are fine and it works correctly when the headlights are off Any advice?

I had a fast blink on the right turn signal of 96 Grand Cherokee. Initially, this indicates a bulb out. Sure enough, it was the passenger front bulb (not the one on the side). Took it in and had repair shop replace bulb since I was having other work done. Now the signal works fine, except when I turned on the parking lights (or headlights), the blink goes fast. Took it back in to repair shop, they replaced all three other front blinker bulbs. Still not fixed. Looked up on internet, seems a common problem is using an 1156 instead of 1295na for the front blinker. Opened it up, found the 1156. Went to Napa auto parts, guy said it was an unusual bulb but he had one in the back. Popped it in, works as it should. .

A 1996 Pontiac Sunfire brake lights and turn signals don't work?

I guess I am what you would call mechanically challenged, however this has happened to me many times and it has always been a blown fuse or bulb. Your car manual should give you the location and type of fuse or bulbs you will need. This is just a personal opinion.

How would you fix your blinkers if it isn't the fuse and they don't work manually by hitting the blinker arm?

If you are saying you have to manually turn the blinker on and off by hand, then the flasher relay is bad. If you are saying you have to hold the turn signal lever in position and it does work and flashes on and off by doing this, then the turn signal lever is broken inside and needs replacing.

Where is the turn signal flasher in the 1997 jimmy?

I answered a similar question about fixing the flasher, so I'll pearoast a slightly modified version of it here. It will answer your question, too. By "changing the flasher", I am assuming you mean the emergency flasher switch, or the turn signal switch. In either case, it is an integrated unit, along with cruise control (if you have it) on the steering column. Fixing it, in this case, means replacing it. Your best bet is to buy a replacement from a junkyard. When I did mine, I had to buy an entire steering column and take the unit from that; the yard wouldn't sell me the signal unit alone. Even then, it only cost me $80 - a bargain. The process isn't hard, but I couldn't explain it well enough to do it justice. It boils down to basically this: 1) Disconnect the battery and remove the airbag fuse. 2) Remove the airbag from the steering wheel. (Be careful!) 3) Remove the steering wheel and drop it from it's mounting bolts. 4) Remove the plastic housing. 5) Disconnect the signal unit and mount the new one. 6) Put it back the way you found it. I PROBABLY MISSED A STEP OR TWO! Get a good manual (I use Haynes) and read it thoroughly before starting a project like this. Good luck to you! Mr. Dog

What would cause the right turn signal not to work on a 1994 Isuzu Trooper V6?

burnt bulbs?

Check ground wires.

Same problem in my 93. I disassembled the blinker switch and cleaned all the contacts. The fun part was the bright switch which has the spring loaded ball bearing in a rocker assembly trick going on. I ended up replacing the ball with a small nail head and about 1/4 inch of the shank; of course I found the ball bearing after I put it all back in, but it works great! The slider for the blinker switch must be put back in the way it was oriented ( like north south not turned about), if not you will figure it out pretty quick. This is for the more advanced tinkers amongst us. No way I'm putting out $300 or so for a new switch!
