Replaced thermostat and radiator on 96 Camry 4-cylinder but now car is overheating and no heat when the car is overheating fans all work and now coolant is leaking from a tube What do you think?

Your description sounds like the thermostat is faulty. If the thermostat is stuck closed, there will be no heat for the interior. New thermostat's are occasionally bad, it has happened to me. The coolant is leaking from what tube? You can verify the thermostat operation, but unfortunately you must remove it from the engine (but with your symptoms that is the most logical failure). Put it into room temperature water in a pot on the stove. Heat the water and check the temperature at which it opens. This is a near foolproof check, but some thermostats are hard to tell when they open. You might have to pull it out of the water (use care it will be hot) to observe the open condition. In general 180-190 degrees F will be the temperature (water boils at sea level at 212 F) at which the thing is nearly fully open. But that depends on your exact version. The temperature is stamped on some them. For further advice read through the previous posts on overheating or thermostat replacement. Your description sounds like the thermostat is faulty. My 99' Jetta seems to cut off and turn off when i am idling or take my foot off the gas?

Try to make your throttle cable tighter on the throttle body don't tighten it to much. My car does this when it's cold the cable has a plastic slip tube on the throttle cable on my 96 and that keeps lipping and then my idle drops all the way off usually stops at 900 rpm.

How do you get to the glow plug relay in a 2001 VW Jetta?

A panel just above the gas and brake pedals needs to be removed. Follow your steering wheel down. There are about 3 torque-head screws that hold it on. When the panel is off, you must look up inside. I believe the glow plug relay is (150). There is also a (109) relay that make give you problems down the road, consider changing this also. The 150 relay tends to be a expensive. Before you replace it, make sure your glow plug harness is not to blame. Go to Fred's Tdi page if you have diesel questions. It is very helpful.

Where is the crankshaft position sensor on a 1995 Dodge Avenger?

look directly under the air intake hose as it attaches to the carburator. Directly below it is the distributor. Directly below that is the crankshaft position sensor. Its a small plug with a connector on it entering the engine. When I pulled mine off the insulator that attaches to the end was gone. It cost around 70$ to buy.

Why would the power door locks on a 1990 Nissan 300ZX not lock anymore?

In my sons 1993 300zx there is an electric accuator located behind the door handle, his was broken, need to remove door panel to acsess. In my 300zx, there are 2 cheap plastic black pieces connecting a set of 2 metal rods (one going to the back of the door and one going into the door handle/power) You have to disassemble the door to get to it, try replacing that if it's broken or not even there.
