you need a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar to fit the square hole in the spring loaded tensioner and release the tension on the belt so you can remove the old belt from the closest pully you can reach at the same time. Make sure you have a diagram of how it goes back on before you take it off. The tensioner is a pully affair located in the belt path and you find it by looking for the 1/2 inch square drive "hole". When you get the new belt on all the pullys except the last one you have to release the tension again with the 1/2 inch breaker bar while you slip the belt over the final pully. It helps to have a 2 foot water pipe on the breaker bar to make it easier to release the tension while you work the belt. A helper would be useful also.

its a bar that gose over the suspention and keeps the rear wheels ballenced with each other and the fornt wheels too. i broke my front stabilizer bar jumping and i cost my like 145 to replace it.

i had the same thing happen in my 1999 sephia. the problem was a poorly crimped connector pin in one of the wiring harnesses. I found it because the connector was slightly burned looking and somewhat melted. In my case the connector was buried next to the drivers left leg under the dash. All i did was to use a piece of metal to bend the tab on the connecting pin down some more. No problems since then. Hard to find, but an easy fix

Most likely you have a faulty wheel speed sensor or dirty connector. The onboard computer THINKS one or more wheels are running at a different speed.

The PCM in a 1993 Deville gets power from the IGN fuse. the fuse is located in the distribution box under the hood.

Press and hold the "Off" and "Warmer" to get into the system, once there use the fan/blower motor controls as follows: the High Fan button for "Yes" and the Low Fan for "No." Scroll through to you get to any A/C Codes. It should eventually ask "Clear Codes" and hit the High Fan button for Yes. Once cleared the A/C Compressor should come on, providing nothing else is wrong. You can use this to access all vehicle codes for engine and body computer systems. Or use a scan tool.

remove fuel tank after draining. remove all lines hoses and wires from top of tank. remove fuel pump assembly by turning large plactic nut counterclockwise. disconnect wires inside pump assembly. slide senor and float from fuel pump assembly.

First of all there shouldn't be power to the motor with the key off. If there is power and the motor doesn't work either the motor is bad or there is a bad ground or bad switch or possibly a fuse. Something is not completing the circuit. I'm sure you checked all for the related fuses first? This should get you started.

There is a problem effecting the emissions controls. Take it in and have the computer scanned and the problem fixed. Go to the climate control panel and press the 'Off' and 'WARM' button for 5 or 6 seconds, the fuel data display will change to the onboard dianostics mode. Watch all the code numbers that appear. The same simptoms can occurr if he power steering pressure switch is bad, power steering fluid is excessively low, or the power steering pump has gone bad. The problem seems to go away after you have gone a short distance. You should be getting a service engine soon light also. Code E40 is power steering switch open.
