Take a big hammer and drive all 8 studs out. Thay will knock right out.
You need to run the nuts down flush with the end of the studs to keep from messing up the threads.
Then install new rotors and drop all the studs back in the holes, and get a long punch and drive them back in with a hammer. Easy job.
Where is the starter located on a Nissan 200sx?
its under the hood next to the engine.(yes)
if your looking at the car standing in front of it it'll be on the right side of the engine. you have to look down (not underneath) close to the transmission. The starter has a solenoid coil attached to it. The starter itself is only connected to the engine by two bolts. The first one in plain sight and the second one behind the starter.
dont forget to remove battery terminals before touching the starter because your going to have to remove the positive terminal and bolt that connects to the starter after the two bolts holding it in place

I have also driven many other Chevy trucks from 1999-2006, and they were all limited to 100 mph as well. Usually this is done by the manufacture based on tire speed rating.
