How do you change a Cabin Filter on a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan?
If your vehicle is equipped with one, it should be located on the passenger side, underside of the dash near the center console. It should be a black plastic snap-on cover about 1 1/2 inches wide by about 6 inches long, that may or may not be marked "cabin filter" (or something similar). Simply pop it off, pull out the filter (pay attention to its correct orientation, the airflow direction matters), install a new one, if necessary, and reinstall the cover.
You may need to use something to pry the filter out enough to grab, and you will likely need to bend the filter to remove and/or install it.
When you hear a clunking sound from the back every time you go over a bump what causes it?
Plymouth Acclaims are notorious for this. Underneath the car there is an anti-sway bar that runs between the back wheels. Surrounding the bar is a u-shaped channel. Where the bar passes through the channel at each end, there is supposed to be a weld, but it was poorly designed and the welds eventually break, resulting in a horrifying clunk every time you hit a bump and the bar hits the channel. There are two ways to resolve this: Pay the dealer $400 to install a new bar and channel assembly (which will break eventually), or pay your local muffler shop $20 to weld a couple of pieces of scrap metal between the bar and the channel to keep it from moving. Problem solved.

Why does the ac light flash off and on on a dodge caravan?
Probably low refrigerant level. You can try to reset the flashing lights on your climate contol panel by turning it on high and set it to panel and the temp to cold. Then hold the rear wiper button and the rear wiper washer at the same time for 30 secs. The top and bottom buttons on the left side. You should see a different pattern start flashing and feel the air flows change wait about 4-5 mins and then try to hit the AC button. I have also been told to try setting to defrost/temp to hot and tring again.

The egr is located on the front cylinder head where the belts are located, it has a five wire connector an a tube that goes to the intake pleneum.

Where is the secondary air injection on a 1999 bravada?
If the secondary air injection failure code comes up you shold propably check the air pump fuse. I think it is call the air pump. The fuse is rather big. Sometimes water gets into the air pump and causes it to trip out. the fuse is loacated on the front pasengerside close to the bumper. Some people say that you will know that the fuse is out on the air pump because the hood light goes out. That's not really true in all cases.
How do you change the cabin air filter in a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan?
I have a 2002 grand caravan. on my car the ac filter is inside just above the passenger foot area. There is black pastic duct work under the dash. The firs thing to do is remove a 5" plastic clip with tabs (just pull it off by hand). Then there is a 1" x 8" plastic door that you also pull off by hand (some dust may fall out). Next put your fingers in the narrow compartment and feel for the filter. Now grab it and pull it out (it is too long to come out without bending it). Check the new filter for an arrow printed ojn it before you put it in. (ARROW POINTS TO DRIVER SIDE)
The new filter will also need to bend a little to get it in there. Just shove it up-there with your fingers (no tools Required).
What might cause a 2000 Chevrolet Tracker to overheat?
I had a 99 tracker that over heated, it was the water pump
New to this forum. I needed to expand on my question of what causes my Tracker to overheat. I have recently replaced the radiator cap and thermostat. This vehicle has about 60,000 miles and I bought it used at 50,000. It seemed well taken care of and I've had no problems till this.
Since the weather has turned chilly this thing overheats. It pushes the coolant in to the overflow bottle and overheats. I have noticed no pattern to when this happens, I can't predict with any certainty if driving conditions are causing overheating. I've been getting by till now by pouring the contents of the bottle back in the radiator. Sometimes this will get me by for a day or two, or I might only be able to go 20 miles and it overheats again. I do not detect a leak at the water pump. The inside of the radiator looks clean, what I can see I do not detect any scale or sludge.
Does anyone have any ideas? If more information is needed let me know.
Answer1 Water pump drivebelt defective or not adjusted properly ? 2 Radiator core blocked or radiator grille dirty and restricted ? 3 Fan blades broken or cracked ?
Hi im not sure if this applies to you or not but im thinking belt slipping @ water pump or some pumps have plastic fins on the inside if they were worn or broken you would be getting very little circulation through the system.
Have you checked to see if the cooling fan clutch is still functing properly?

I actually had a very similar problem with the Tracker I bought just over a year ago. My temperature gauge would climb, but not quite enter the red zone; it would stabilize for a while then drop back to normal. I tried 2 thermostats, the serpentine belt, and a new water pump; but the problem just got worse, the gauge would go up faster and get closer to the red zone. I finally took it to the shop, and the tested for exhaust gases in the cooling system; it had a leaky head gasket. I had the head gasket replaced, and haven't had any problems with the temperature since.
Recommended transmission fluid for Chrysler vehicles is ATF +3 or +4. Start the engine to normal operating temperature, check the fluid level, if it is at the add mark, add as much as you think is necessary, then shift the transmission through all the gears, counting to five at each one, all the way from park to low, then back up. Check the level again and repeat the procedure if more is needed. Be careful not to overfill the transmission.
Where is the spare tire on a 2005 Toyota Sienna?
If it's all wheel drive, there is no spare unless the add-on has been installed. You would find it inside the rear hatch in that case and you would'nt be asking. If it's front wheel drive, it will be under the passenger side floor, adjacent to the sliding door.
And if you want to release the tire, there is a big bolt right in the middle of the passenger side middle row.
There is a flap on the carpet floor, open it and you will be able to see the bolt.
Tools are in the back, on the passenger side, behind a plastic flap.
