Yes, there is a fuse for the radio, which is probably blown. It may be a combination fuse. Controlling the radio and possibly the lighter or 12V power outlet. I had the same problem in the same car trust me there is a fuse I think it is a 20 Amp fuse

How do you change a starter in a 97 sebring v6 convert?
I changed the starter in my 98 JXI convertible and it was fairly easy. You can only change it out from underneath the car. It's easiest if you have a means to get some working room under the front end of the car. The starter is located towards the front of the car, right next to the oil filter (just about at the center of the engine compartment). You must remove the oil filter during the job and it should be replaced. Unhook the negative battery cable before starting the repair, remove the wires connected to the starter and undo the two bolts holding the starter in. It slides right out. Make sure the nes starter is securely in place before replacing the bolts. Then hook the wires back up, put the new oil filter on and replace the fuse that always seem to blow when it goes out.

Not difficult at all. One tip...do one wire at a time to avoid altering the firing order inadvertently. Remove the old wire, match up by length with one of the new wires, and install the new one in its place. A SMALL dab of dielectric compound (usually supplied with the wire set, if not the auto parts store has it) inside the spark plug side of the wire, helps protect against water intrusion.

This is a common problem with these Jeeps. There is a plastic piece inside the thermostat control knob on each side (dual zone), which can break after time. It will not feel like it is broken when you turn it, but it is no longer changing the temperature and it will be stuck on the last setting it was on before it broke. One of your control knobs has this problem. It is a $25-$30 part that can be installed by most A/c repair shops or a Jeep dealership for a lot more.

Kabuto does fuse with the remains of Orochimaru, once Orochimaru trains and fails to take Sasuke Uchiha's body. The remnants of Orochimaru (arguably the 8 tailed beast/demon) do try to take over Kabuto Yakushi's body, and as such, Kabuto goes crazy and gets worse as the plot develops. Orochimaru would have taken Kabuto's body instead of the other guy in the Sasuke Retrieval Arc if Kabuto wasn't so trusted and wasn't already proven extremely useful in the base operations. Also, I don't think that Orochi's remains will be called Orochimaru, as what was inside of him was above him as it lives on despite Orochi's death. Kabuto's medical expertise would be a great asset to the snake spirit, but I seriously doubt that Kabuto or the demonic remnants would change his name to Kabumaru or whatever, as that is nonsensical.
