I am not sure what you mean by jump, but if you mean raise then the best way is to remove the door panel and manually raise it. Pull the door panel and inspect the wires at the switch; all power goes thru this area and it is a common problem . It may just be a loose connection at the junction.

remove 1 visable bolt left side of arm rest Pop out window switch/door lock/ mirror adjustment control panel withs a screwdriver Use panel remover or just pull on interior panel to remove must slide it off of door handle Slide control switch panel down through hole you popped it out of Pull vapor barrier loose bottom right side to expose coiled spring and window motor tape window in the up position using masking or package tape Mark a straight line across coil spring to make sure you can realign it when reinstall Use tool j-38864 connect it near outer part of coil sprint where it hooks to retainer or in a pinch use pounted vice grips at same location ensuring they are firmly locked on spring ( be very careful, I'm not responsible for any injury if you are not) Force spring cloclwise to disengage it from it's retainer point Pull spring slightly outward just enough to clear the retainer point and slowly let it uncoil counterclockwise and let it sit there Disconnect wire connector from right end of window motor use your hands and push 3 plastic retainer points outward as you lift up on window motor to disengage from retainers careful not to break the plastic retainers comes out pretty easy Install new motor into the plastic retainers, make sure filly seated ( lining up plastic Guides into holes in motor (3 points) Reconnect wire connector to new motor Use J38864 or vice grips to recoil spring, reseating it to retainer point as before ( be very careful, I'm not responsible for any injury if you are not) Remove tape from window and test up/down switch ( key must be on) Reseal vapor barrier in place as it was prior to starting Slide switch control back up through hole in door panel from where it mounts Slide door over door handle Align retaining clips to holes and push them home with gentle raps of your hand start at the top and work downward on panel replace both bolts in arm rest pop window/door lock control panel back in place Job well done

Possible causes. 1.Bad Fuse 2.Bad Motor 3.Bad Switch 4.Window has slid out of its track If the window rolls up to a certain point but stops then it may have slid out of track and is hitting a rubber or plastic guide.
In the event of the window sliding out of its track. This can be confirmed by looking down the seal of the door with a flash light. Try to roll the window up and see if its hitting anything. It may be something else but it seems these are the most likely.
I had this problem twice driver side door wire connector 2 screws beneath the wire two clips on the cover after unscrewing disconnect the coneector make sure there is no dirt and then apply wd40 reconnect it it should work fine then broken wire, drivers door. open door you will see a rubber boot from door that goes to the inside there are a lot form wires inside this boot so you have to look carefully to find the one that is broke. I have fix my own twice now I had the same problem. I found that one of the window switches was bad. I replaced the broken switch and then all windows operated. I located used repalcement switches through a junkyard. The window wiring is on a closed loop system.

Lift up to remove the plastic cover that surrounds the switch and the gear shift lever. The cover just pops off, no screws. Once the cover is off, you will see two screws at the top of the switch. Remove the two screws. Now just pull up on the switch and it is removed.
Do just the opposite for installation.
Although I might test the new switch before re-installing th screws and plastic cover.

there should be three screws holding the door panel on. one behind the handle one under the bottom and i think one behind the window control panel which just pops out. Lift the panel up and out after removing the screws.let the window down to reveal the bolts holding to power unit. remove the bolts tilt window lift up and out the window opening. Should work.

1- check the fuses going to the power windows 2- the switches may be corroded and may need to get some contact renew spray on them. 3- there may be a physical jam on the window mechanism that prevent the movement of the windows 4- the motot also has a ttemperature cutout built in that may not be working --- try leaving the ignition OFF for a while then put the key into the mode that normally enables the windows to work then try immediately to open/close the window and listen if you hear any sounds.
