Well, it turns out that you have to remove the cargo Carpet, the Plastic Liner (4 Bolts), remove Cargo threshold and Both Left and Right Cargo Trim panels.. (well actually you have to loosen them up to the rear doors). Once you get this done, then you have easy access. You will fasten the lower bolt first, then remove the Compression Strap and guide the Top Stud through the UPper Body frame.

you will see a white box which then drops down to reveal al the fuses by pulling on the plastic lever downwards.

Is fuse number 27 on the board which is 15amps. you can buy these at halford for about 50p

If your lights dim automatically, You must own A fairly late model and loaded vehicle. The auto-dimmer is A convience that the manufacturer added to it.

If this question involves a home or business, your circuit wires are not large enough to handle the current required by the lights. If only 2 lights cause this to happen it may indicate a loose connection somewhere, which in turn is a fire hazard. Dimming, or brownout, often occurs if there is a motor such as a refrigerator or AC or furnace on the same circuit. Fixing it will require a competent electrician.

I havewan 88. The taillight assembly must be taken off car.. This is what (rear part of the body comes off ) surrounds the lense. If I remember correctly their are 3 or 4 bolts holding the assembly. 2 or 3 Bolts are inside the trunk and one is underneath on the outsideof the vehicle. There may be rubber caps hiding the bolts. When all the bolts are off wiggle the assembly. If it wont move , better to makes sure no more bolts are holding it before excessive pressure used. Once this is taken off, the whole assembly will separate from the vehicle. Then unplug the light. The lense screws out from the inside and is pulled thru. I hope this helps and good luck.

Take off passenger tire, then remove firewall splash guard plastic screws and guard. see serpentine routing of belt and begin, also use the belt tensioner to get it on, there is a nut to turn to make it loose, do that when you get there, and also a good idea to replace that also as a new belt will put a lot of stress on the tensioner, that makes for doing the job, once and not twice. My tensioner went out and most mechs. recommend doing that to cut the cost down or energy. Especially if you use the a/c a lot, that is what made my tensioner go out. the fan clutch comes on and off and tensioner is put on more stress again, they just wear out. Good luck!

It is a loose connection under the drivers seat toward the back of the seat. Disconnect it, make sure it is clean and reconnect. That should solve the problem.

I will assume you have an in ground pool and you are not able to prime the pump, which means you an air leak, an blocked impeller or a plugged return line. There are many variables in this situation. If you have not replaced your strainter lid gasket in the last 2 years start there. Also if your strainer basket is cracked or damaged check the impeller to see if it is clogged. If you have a salt generator make sure the cell is clean. If none of these solve your problem I suggest you hire a swimming pool technicial to check out your system.

Look in trunk ther should be twist off screws.

Looking from the rear(driver side)...#1 is on the right near passenger...#3 is closet,

then #4 is on left driver side...thus #6 is on left side(front of engine, driver side)

Follow the hose down from the oil filled tank (the one with the dipstick)at the bottom of the hose will be a drain plug, with a 5/8" hex drive

and a 1/4" internal hex drive socket.

The 2003 escape has a timing belt - but it is not the sort of belt that can cause havoc and internal damage to the engine if it breaks. If it breaks, the engine simply won't run until you replace the broken belt - but the engine won't slam into itself - as it were.
