This is an opinion based only on experience. Some parents intent on potty training can cause emotional problems if their timing is off or they push too hard. Pressure from a parent can be self defeating in potty training. The only prohibition against no formal potty training is social. A child can train themselves if they are given the right circumstances.
When the child is old enough, they should be moved from a diaper to the panty style that they can change or manipulate themselves. That would be when they start trying to take off or put on their own garments. Eventually, when they need to be changed, you ask them for the wet panty and give them the dry one to put on for themselves.
Around this time, an important factor for them is to have examples to follow. If you object to the child watching you in the bathroom, they can be exposed to older siblings, playmates, or enrollment in preschool. They need to learn by observation. When there is no pressure to learn and praise when the child figures out each step on their own, the end result will be the same.
Unfortunately for my oldest child, I didn't know this. In the end, she had to learn by observation of her younger sister. By that time I had learned that my schedule for potty training was not as good as their own.

- Yes, immature girls to full grown women can give up when they think something is too difficult in their life. For young girls this is normal because they are still maturing and have not experienced enough of life to be self assured and confident in themselves.

Talking without thinking would require you to talk and say the very first thing that comes to mind - without any conscious pre-processing. You just follow the semi-random associations that pop into your mind - primed by an external stimulus (like another person talking to you).

I missed a deadline on a project due to underestimating the time needed for a complex task. The repercussions included disappointing my team members and the project being delayed. I communicated openly about the mistake, took responsibility, and worked to rectify the situation by reorganizing tasks and creating a new timeline.

Many things can make people mean. The environment they were brought up in; being treated poorly at a job; feeling they work hard and haven't reached their goals; perhaps they never had the chance to go to university and make something of themselves (as far as their standards to wanting to be wealthier than they are and they aren't achieving it. Feeling left out of of society in general. The human mind can be a wonderful thing, but it also can cause paranoia and other dysfunctions. I also believe that genes can play a part in the personality of a mean person. Unfortunately, some people are rotten from birth. Others acquire it as they grow older either from poor upbringing and sour attitude towards the world. I guess some people that have no patience also can be very mean, they cant tolerate other personalities.

Not all negative or questionable human behaviors can be relegated to the category of mental illness or mental health issues. While mental illnesses can lead to socially unacceptable behavior, not all such behavior is the result of mental illness. It just is not that easy to throw a blanket diagnosis or explanation over entire areas of human action. I'm sure many people evey year hope against hope that this is true. I'm not sure that it is; there would be some case-by-case analysis to see if there is evidence of an applicant's worthiness. It is a little smug to assume that "My brainpower entitles me to placement".
