Machu Pichu is the pre colombian Inca city located at the altitude of 2400 meters [7875 feet]

The aztecs build canals to get to their destination quicker. Also they built canals to get food to places faster.

The inca were very creative. They produced their own food through photosythesis. They were very sucessful farmers and producers of their own food. The andes was a tough place to settle into but the incas figured it out.

The Japanese-American Treaty, the Open Door Policy, the Boxer Rebellion, the Panama Canal, and Roosevelt's roll as a mediator all contributed to increasing United States involvement in world affairs. :)

When Francisco Pizarro and his group of Spanish explorers arrived in Peru in 1532, they discovered that the so-called Vilcanota area was the home of a great empire ruled by a dynastic lineage called the Inca. The empire stretched from Colombia to central Chile, and from the Pacific Ocean to the eastern tropical jungles. This turned out to be the largest political system of the Native Tribes in the entire Western Hemisphere. The capital of the Inca empire was a city named Cuzco. Inca tradition listed only 13 Inca rulers. Under the reign of three rulers this empire expanded to the size just described. The names of these rulers were Pachacutec, Topa Yupanqui and Huayna Capac. They were the father, son, and granson of the powerful Incas. It is asaid that within a period of 87 years, from approximately 1438 AD BCE to 1525, they had conquered all the territory previously described. The empire was now headed, in 1532, by the emperor Sapa Inca. This was an absolute ruler who had an army founded upon relatives of the ruler.

In about four years, the Spainards, took over the empire, and its riches in gold.

The earliest people obtained food by scavenging, hunting and gathering.

There were two people vying for the leadership. The first one is the famous Atahualpa and the other one is Huascar, both are sons of Huayna Capac who was then the ruler of the Incan empire.

Chile's arts and crafts were used in many different ways. Chileans paint, use papier mache, and do much more interesting arts, just like we Americans do. Chilean art goes through history, too. A long time ago, like in the 1800s, people used arts for many reasons, like events. Chlieans use water colors and clay for their arts and crafts.

The types of food that is grown in South Africa are tomatoes, lemon and other citrus fruit trees are also grown there and I think that green vegetables e.g. peas, green beans, runner beans etc. are grown too. I'm not too sure of any more, but I'll try and see if I can get those answers for whoever asks this question!

The Incas were great builders. They made aquaducts, which helped to irrigate the crops they grew. They made many buildings, which helped the Incas throughout their daily lives. The Incas also had such things as realy runners, that helped deliver messages from one place of the Incan empire to another. They had no such written language, but used quipus that were a series of different colored strings with various knots of different spaces and sizes. Something else the Incas achieved was that they built over 14, 000 miles of roads which obviously helped them get from one place to another.

Mountainous topography

The Aztec were located in the Yucatan rain forest which is present day Guatemala. The Mayas's were located in southern Mexico and northern Central America.

Aztecs lived in central Mexico in a different time period than the Inca's. the Incas lived in the Andes mountains of south America

Inti was the god of the sun and the god of gold that's why the inca's had so much gold.

it came to an end at about 1532 because the Spanish conquistadors under Francisco Pizarro invaded the Inca empire and killed the Inca ruler Atahualpa. The Spanish also brought diseases, causing the Inca civilization to decline and eventually be absorbed into Spanish culture. Spain gained riches from the Inca gold and silver.

I'm not sure how right this is but I saw on a web page that the spanish came to Peru looking for the 'city of gold'. I don't know what city that ended up being, but I guess that it was Cuzco, the capital of Peru during the Incan period.

The Inca society lived in compounds of several rooms for extended family. Some articles point to the discovery of family enterprise manufacturing as the reason for this.

The example of an Inca citie is Matchu Pitchu, (Old Peak). The stones were so carefully shaped that it is not possible to stick a paper or card between them.

Inca Empire was the largest pre- Columbian empire and was located in Western and Northwestern South America. The empire consisted of areas of modern day Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Argentina, Colombia and Bolivia.

They crushed up scorched cacao beans, ground the crushings finely, and mixed with a little binder like fat.

First of all, The Aztecs were the only of the three that sacrificed human hearts to their gods, while the Incas were the only civilization of the time to have taught the practice of brain surgery. Although they used brain surgery, they were only successful about 25% of the time, which is still better than no success at all. The Incas also accumulated the largest empire of the three.

The Mayans Lasted Longer.

When Hernando Cortez entered the capital city of the Aztecs, Tenochtitlan, the residents believed that he was one of their gods, Quetzalcoatl, come back to rule them again. Even the Aztec king knelt before him.
