it is in the back of vavle cover on firewall side. you can't see it unless you remove the intake plenum.

According to the owners manual, any malfunction with the air bag system indicated by a flashing light should be taken immediately to the dealer. you can not turn the light off without affecting other systems.

If you suspect the fan motor is at fault, do not hesitate in replacing the fan assembly. I hesitated and it cost me dearly. The fan short circuited and since it is on a 65 amp fuse it melted the wiring harness, fried the fan relay and fan switch. I had it repaired in a shop at a cost of more than $1,100. The problem re-emerged 10 months later. Fortunately, the shop honored its work and redid the repair free of charge under warranty. All the work that the mechanic did was confined to the front driver side area of the engine compartment. There are two fuse/relay boxes near the battery that contain fuses and relays and switches. Just pull it out. No screws or anything

In the 1997 Mercury Villager, the Transmission fluid dipstick is located on the driver's side of the engine just in front of and below the master cylinder/brake fluid check. The 97 Villager has a bulbous knob on top with no indication that it is the Transmission fluid.

There is no transmission vacuum hose. That is a vent hose.

You need to know if it's got ABS front brakes or not...however, the ABS CV joint will work on the non-abs vehicle. Remove the wheel, brake caliper & strut mount. Unbolt whatever needs to be unbolted to swing the the spindle out to allow the shaft to be pulled. Near the transmission there is a locking collar..if I recall...this must be loosened / removed too. The CV shaft pulls straight out, but may take sume pursuding...look at the replacement & you will see. It wasn't that tough, but you need all the standard tools for front-end work..

There are two things to do to stop the squeak. The first thing is to tighten the fan belt. Do this by loosening the bolt holding the alternator, and increasing the tention on the belt, and then retightening the bolt. You can also take lite grit sandpaper and sand the sde of the belt. DANGER!!! Make sure that you do not get your fingers anywhere near a pinch point on the belt, such as pulleys. If your had gets pulled into the belt, you can lose fingers.

It is on the front of the engine on the end of the crankshaft.

If it is electric it's switch is on the drivers door next to the switches for the front windows

It is simple. 1. Remove 4 screws holding the plastic cover (screws are at the bottom half of cover behind steering wheel) 2. Remove the bottom half of cover 3. Remove two retaining screws holding the switch 4. remove two bunched up wires plugs (be careful, remove by lifting/pressing the locking retaining plastic clips) 5. Insert plugs into new switch, put it in place and fasten two screws 6. Insert the cover and fasten 3 screws removed earlier Note: you may have to play a little to tilt steering wheel up/down to get better access to screws of the switch

At the top of the drivers side kick panel.

Wheel cylinder (drum brakes) or caliber (disc brakes) sticking. If you find this to be the case you need to replace both sides and replace your brake fluid which is contaminated with moisture.

In the bottom of the transmission pan.

The ignition module is integral to the distributor and is not serviced as as separate part.

If there is no outside damage to the door then you should try to remove the inside panel.This will allow you to look in to see what maybe wrong.Once in side shine a light to look at the mechanics of the door,then shoot oil all over the place to free up moving parts.Then pull the outter handle to see if door in the lock possitiion,if not locked finish the job disassymbly door lock mechanism.Sometimes the door slide rods fall off and this could be where the problem is.

Try left lower corner of the dash board. Under the fusepanel door. Obd 1 type Nissan gray plug

That happened in my 1983 Mercury Villager and the problem was a blown circuit on the A/C circuit board. I soldered it and it worked. I found this solution online but I don't have the URL. Sorry. You have to remove the A/C unit from your dashboard and you'll find the circuit board there. The blown circuit will be near the corner of the board. Good luck!

This is a simple bolt-on installation. I'd suggest buying a manual if the procedure is not obvious.

The upper intake manifold must be removed for access, as well as other components. Once that is done, the fuel rail can be unbolted and the injectors removed.

Under the vehicle, approximately in the middle, driver's side.

Under the dash on the right side.

If you're asking where it is it's on the back of the throttle body assembly.
