I belive I had a friend change them over because the style is so much nicer...regardless i don't believe there were any modifications at all true bolt on same wiring to I believe it left a small gap in the bumper not positive though.

Why does your power steering belt keep coming off in your 95 eclipse gs?
The first reason would be because it is too loose. Adjust it so that it has about 1/2" play in the middle of the distance between pulleys. Another would be because the pulleys are not lined up. Make sure they are both in line for the belt to got get at a bend or twist making it pop off. Another may be because the pulley(s) are worn. The grooves are worn down and the belt will not stay on the pulley(s). Is there a leak or some fluid on it?

Why would one spark plug be covered with oil Saturn s-series?
Probably a leaking valve cover gasket. They are pretty simple to install and the part is about thirty dollars. Just make sure the parts dealer gives you the right gasket. Sometimes the plastic valve cover used on these models warps a little from the heat which can make the gasket stop fitting quite right causing oild to leak out. If this has happened, a "liquid gasket" type product may help improve the seal (but make sure to choose a high temperature, oil resistant product).

Most all governors are located in the ECU/PCM of the vehicle. I believe that eclipse ECU's are located under hood. Once located, it would have to be removed properly and then chipped/flashed by a tuner.
I Just Finish Installing mine I figured out that the 2 red go to the battery. You only need 2 plug into one of the old headlight plugs. you will have 2 buy a female plug from Autozone 2 match your wirering for the halos then use a volt metter 2 find out Groun High and low mark them so you don't forget then conect the black wires then test the wires on the halo lights to find out wich is high and low beams. mine had a fuse like plug that made the brights and lows turn on 2gether but if you unplug it it will separate them. once u find out lows and highs plug them in the female plug 2 match your wire harnest. and 2 conect the halo I just taped into the side marker so they turn on with it. I boght some wire bridges so I din't have 2 splice the wires. Hope this Helped I'll try 2 get some pictures up soon.

Why would your cars headlights not work yet your brights do?
Most common problem is the low beam portion of the light has burned out. Can be same bulb, but the lower voltage filament has burned out. Change the bulbs. If it is the constant on driving lights then the bulbs are bad or the driving light relay has gone out. Hope this helps.
your not getting oil to the engine or its running low
On the driver's side underneath there are some brake lines that come down and then turn aft. Just to the outboard side of those lines there is a hole (about 5/8" diameter). With a light and an inspection mirror you can see the hose inside. Use an air compressor and an air gun with a long flexible or curved end and blow into that hose. I cannot guarantee that it will work, but it worked for me. Now I gotta buy a new blower motor.

How do you change a turbo on a 1992 eclipse?
From the top side under hood, disconnect the air tubing (2" hose) from inlet and outlet of turbo fan. Remove air cleaner and piping assembly, be careful not to damage the MAF sensor locatedin the intake body. Disconnect water lines (5/8" hoses) going into and out of the turbo body. From underneath: Remove downpipe (exhaust section between turbo and cat) you will need to unbolt a couple brackets that hold that in place, make sure you put those brackets back when installin new turbo as they support the weigth of your exhaust sytem. Follow the 1/4 oil line from the oil pump (lower front of engine) going to the turbo body, there should be a union about half way along the route, this is the easiest and safest place to disconnect the oil line, it is very dificult to remove from the turbo body when the turbo in installed. Carefully remove the oil return flex pipe from the turbo body, You don't have to remove it from the oil pan side but the pipe can be cracked easily if over flexed so for the price of a new gasket, I would recomend removing the entire pipe. Back to the top side: remove the sheilding around the exhaust manifold, disconnect o2 sensor from harness (located under radiator fill hose). Remove the (4) 14mm bolts securing the exhaust/turbo adapter block from the exhaust manifold. Turbo should drop out the bottom still attached to the exhaust port section. Once you have that whole assembly out of the car then you can remove the turbo from the cast iron part fairly easily. I have had success rebuilding my turbo with a cheap kit ($70), it does not pass oil anymore but seems to lag a bit more than it used to. It is tricky getting the oil seals in correctly and the instructions that came with the kit really suck so if you are going to pop off your turbo, you might look into replacing it with a new one.
