Will 1994 cavalier 2.2 fit in 1994 sunbird 2.0?
They are the same car....for the most part. There may be some differences in engine mount style or location. If you have the 2.0 to pull parts from it would help. The biggest problem I could see would be the ECM. I'm not sure if the wiring is the same or not. At the very least you would need the PROM from the Cavalier.

If this is the (S.O.C) single overhead cam, there is no adjustments.
The cam is worn, or there is a stuck valve, or broken valve spring.

Where is the oil pressure sender unit located on a 91 Pontiac Sunbird?
The oil pressure switch in located just above and to the left of the oil filter. It fits into the same housing as the oil filter and is parallel with the rear of the engine block, just look from underneath the car in front of the inner right CV joint and you should see it (or at least track down the wire leading to it). I know this because I just changed mine recently. You'll need to remove the inner right CV joint to gain the best access to change out the switch. All you have to do is remove the wheel, the brake caliper, and un-do the ball joint from the control arm. Next just tap out the inner CV joint from the transmission buy using a big screw driver on the groove of the joint to drive it out with a hammer. Be mindful of the transmission seal! Pull the CV axle out of the way buy removing the control arm from the strut, then move the whole assembly clear of the trans. The way I replaced my switch is by removing it with a pair of vise grips, I didn't worry about damaging the old one anyway. Just intall the new switch carefully with channel-lock pliers and a bit of sealer on the threads. Don't forget the washer that goes on the switch, and tighten the whole thing down snug and every thing else is reverse of removal.

I have replaced mine and its under the dash in the center. You'll have to remove several panels to get to it. Be careful with the attached hoses. They are preformed and not available in original configuration. The replacement hoses are way thicker and harder to deal with. Also the hose ends that come from the core are plastic so you cant wrench a hose clamp down on them. The originals are ribbed to just pop on and are tight fitting which the replacements are not. I went to the hardware store and bought some small copper tubing and cut short pieces to fit between and inside of the hose attach points so I could get a pair of skinny hose clamps on them. If it is a 4 cylinder then you need to approach it from the rear of engine and from underneath as it is located just below the intake manifold. It is diffcult t oreach and if you are unexperinced you in for a hell of a time.I just paud to have it done as it really is best to do off a car hoist.It is also in the center of the engine making it even harder without a hoist.

The pump is located next to the windshield water tank, to access it you have to go by the passenger�s side, remove the Allen nuts for the mudguard that is right above the front tire, remove the cover and you will see the pump just in the right side, almost behind the fender.
I discover this location because suddenly the water sistem in the windshield stop sendig water, I touhgt it was the pump, but water was still going out, the mudguardcover and wheel were wet. I removed the mudguard and found that the hose was disconected. I fixed it and put the mudgard back in place. I prefered to do it myself and took me about 30 minutes from start to finish. I could have took a day in the ford dealer to fix it and who knows how much they could have charged for it.

If it is the inside panel then there should be plastic clips that hold it on. you can use a flat head screwdriver or a special tool from a auto parts store. pry the clips off CAREFULLY! so you dont break them. If you have a repair manual refer to it for better instructions.
first disconnect the battery, then remove the inside mirror cover by removing the screw, then use a small thin flat screw driver just infront of the locking push/pull tab and disconnect the locking rod and if you have manuel windows then you'll need a tool to remove the retaining clip that holds the handle on, you can also try using a rag and in a back and forth motion slip it behind the handle and try to remove it that way, this will work to. then remove the other screws, theres one in the door handle cup and a couple more arond the edges, then you can buy a tool that will pull the tabs out that secure the bottom or if you have a grardening fork for pulling dandelions up by the root it will work just as good or a putty knife with a small pry bar or large flat tip screw driver behind the putty knife, then carefully wiggle and lift the door panel off, carefully then you will need to disconnect the electric plug for the widow or a putty knife with a small pry bar or large flat tip screw driver behind the putty knife, once off the door should be covered with plastic try to keep this as best as possable but dont be afraid to cut it out but try and remove it as one piece then you can glue it back on with black gasket sealer, it works better than just about anything. i wish i knew what you were trying to do, butch

i havnt had to take mine off yet, but on other cars that i have had to, i just remove the window crank, and remove any screw or bolt that you can see, be sure to keep all screws labeled to where they go back. once you have them all off, pull on the bottom outside corner, and gently pop it off of the snap conectors on the back side. it there is a spot that is still attached, just look for a "hidden" screw.once you have all the ccsrews out, and all the snap conector removed, lift the pannel upwards and it will slide out the window slot. hope this helps.

Is it easy to detect a bad fuel injector on the 2 Liter Engine?
To test fuel injector failure disconect the power plug from one while runing (you won't get an electrical shock) and check if engine performance gets worst, if not, you have found the bad one. Test all injectors as well to be sure. Be careful removing the power plug, they use a protection clip that must be reconnected. Avoid this problem using a fuel injector cleaner regularly. Avoid driving the car with low gas in the tank, it will use dirty gas of the bottom.
this nwill only work if the injector is not working, it will not help if it's weak or is working partailly, and if it's like mine you cant even get to the injector plugs without taking everything off, and if you just a guy who changes oil and plugs and a cap then it will be diffecult for you unless you know how to read an ohm meter, and since you have to take the throttle body off to get the fuel log off to get the injectors out which means you have to bleed off the fuel pressure in the line then disconnect the line right before they go into the fender drivers side, my advise is to go ahead and change all the injectors because it's just not worth guessing at which one might be bad or how many are bad, just replace them all and remove all doubt. it'll take the better part of the day to do it unless your used to working on cars all the time, hope this helps, P.S. a book will help but not alot, example: it will say to relieve the fuel preasure from the fuel rail by bleeding it at the sharder valve well the 93 don't have a sharder valve and it don't tell you were or how to disconnect the fuel lines you half to know how and have the platis tools that you use and the air conditioning lines, so thats why i said what i said, butch
