What is the punishment by the Wicca goddess-god if a Wiccan follows another religion's God?
Apostasy, or falling from faith is only a sin in the Abrahamic traditions, in which they can be punishable by excommunication or execution. Wicca and Neopaganism, like Hinduism and Buddhism, do not even acknowledge the concept of apostasy. Thus, in turning away from the Lord and Lady, you can expect no reprisal.
Keep in mind that monotheism as practiced within Christianity and Islam are unique to these faiths. All other faiths, especially the classical ones, acknowledge the existence of multiple gods in multiple pantheons. In fact, it is because of this, and the activism of early Christians that they fell out of favor and, commonly, into the Roman circus as lion chow.
But the Lord and Lady are incarnate in all gods and goddesses, hence, in the Wiccan and Neopagan perspective not only is Yahweh respected, but is, in fact an aspect of the Lord. Yahweh's consort, Asherah who is no longer exalted within Judeo-Christianity, is similarly an aspect of the lady, and hence is sometimes honored as such. (So think of her when you eat your next cheese steak sandwich).
This means that technically one can be Christian and Pagan at the same time. This being how you define yourself. Conservative Faiths like to withhold the status of Christianity from those they feel have deviated too far (say Jehovah's Witnesses, LDS or Unitarians, even Catholics). But if you understand that the Lord and the LORD are one and the same, you can walk on both paths.
The only wrath you will ever face in Wicca is that which is similar to the concept of karma: that evil which you visit upon the world will return to you threefold. The same is true for the blessings and works you give. Follow the Wiccan Rede with diligence and the Lady's blessings will be upon you.
What is the traditional candle ceremony for a Sweet 16 birthday?
The sweet 16-candle lighting is a ceremony where the birthday girl lights of total of 16 candles. She lights each candle in representation of someone who has made a difference in her life. As she lights each candle she can say who the person is and why they have made a difference in her life (May want to keep each one short, as she does have to mention 16 people) or you can listed the 16 people in her programs. The couples in the ceremony are referred to as the court of honor.
After the introduction of each couple in her court of honor, the birthday girl walks in with her escort (she should be wearing slippers and should not have on her tiara). As a gift to the audience, the birthday girl along with her court of honor presents 1-2 dance routines; traditionally they dance to one slow song and one fast song. There is a crowning ceremony done by the father and Godfather (or uncle), each will carry a small pillow, one with her tiara and one with her shoes (aka-glass slippers). There should be a chair or swing waiting for her to sit in to make a change from her slippers/sneakers into her shoes/pumps. The father and Godfather (or uncle) will assist in the changing of the shoes, and then they will crown her with the tiara. The father will escort her to the dance floor and present his daughter to the world as a young woman, who will then share in a father/daughter dance. After the father/daughter dance is the candle lighting ceremony. The audience sings happy birthday to the birthday girl. Then the party begins! Open dance floor and food/drinks for everyone.

What are some of the rituals of the masons?

What should you wear to a new moon ritual?
It depends on many factors, such as the intent of the ritual, the type of group, the weather, in doors or outdoors, ect.
With most Wiccan groups the answer would be either skyclad [nude] or in a ritual robe and sandles. The robe color can either match the intent of the ritual or could be simple black or white.
My best suggestion
When in doubt, ask. We often have new comers attend "open" Sabbats & Esbats. Before they come we usually open a dialog with them to let them know the basics of "Circle etiquette" What to wear, what we intend at the ritual, things they need to bring, where to stand, how and when to respond and the basic things not to do as well.
If you are attending your first ritual or even just the first ritual with a new group, take the time to ask for a bit of information first. It can be problematic if you do not understand the taboos of a group (some do not allow watches, others don't like braided hair, others still frown on women in trousers) and it can likewise be a big shock if the group you are visiting work "skyclad" (unclothed) if you are unprepared for it.
A few simple questions can save a lot of confusion. If you are left to a general "nice clothes" then the same sort of clothing you wear to a good restaurant will be fine. The most important thing you can wear is a smile and an open mind.

How do you find out if a name is trademarked?
The best place to start is with the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) at the US Patent and Trademark Office website.
Someone here posted that you can't bless something - they are wrong. You can. You need holy water. You can make holy water by saying a quick player over it, and ... well blessing the water. Believe it or not - when I was a young chap I asked the same thing to a nun - and this is what she told me. I was pressing her to a point about how to baptize someone when they are dying, and you have no holy water around - she told me to even use... saliva.... i don't know if she was just sick of my questions... but yeah. Then you simply say - I bless you, in the name of the Father and the Son and the holy Spirit.
Now how accurate this is... not sure - but its as much as I know and it was a nun that directed me on this.
With the way the economy is going, NO- Hummers are not going to hold their value.
http://www.driverside.com/value-your-car/hummer-h2-2006-4699-10898-0
Check out that graph, the car does level off at around $30,000 but that's more than $20,000 less than purchase price.
Civics, Accords, Corollas on the other hand lose much less, and even can go UP in value depending on how much you paid for it.
Cars are not an investment, just a means of getting from point A to point B and in what kind of style you do it in. NO, they do not hold any better than any other vehicle on the road. This may be a statement used by a salesperson or manager to close a deal with you.
Where can you find the Rood family history?
There are a number of ways to discover family history. We investigate this as a study in genealogy. Because interest in doing this work is growing and because the web is helping connect people with information, it is easier than ever to find stuff out. First, ask around among family members for information. Names, and dates and places of birth will get you plugged into county records. There are non-profit groups of folks in clubs and societies that can help, too. Ask around in your area and do a search on the web. Historical societies, senior groups and church groups often have someone who helps folks with this kind of thing. A link is provided to a website that is devoted to genealogy. Why not surf on over and start reading? Good luck.

Which religion is older - wicca or Christianity?
Answer
Wicca was formed by Gerald Gardner in the 1950's so technically it would be a newer religion than Christianity. However, Wicca is based on very ancient Roman and Norse spiritual beliefs along with some Egyptian and Celtic symbolism and even some Folk Magic. So the parts that make up Wicca would be much older than Christianity.
Answer
Christianity was formed from the pagans. It is very much like Wicca and yet christians look down upon those who practice witchcraft when in fact they hold rituals them selves! Christians built over the pagan temples and you can still see the symbols in churches to this day. The line goes back to one of the first religions being Wicca. So, yes Wicca is older than Christianity.
Answer
Pagan beliefs existed long before monotheistic doctrines. There were thousands of ancient Pagan cultures throughout the ancient world with evidence surviving today that predates recorded history. They were based on animals, stars, trees, fertility rites, lunar cycles, solar cycles, etc. Many were female based and all were pantheistic. The coming of Christianity brought with it a major effort to wipe out those ancient religious worship systems. Simple research will reveal an overlay of Christian holy days on Pagan holy days in order to mask their original Pagan significance.
Wicca is a modern manifestation of the ancient nature worship that existed for thousands of years. Wiccans celebrate the earth and believe that all living things have a spirit. Vestiges can be seen in ancient sites such as Stonehenge which predates Christianity by thousands of years.

Is magic a sin like spells and charms?
¿Sin? For pagans, sin is a failure to follow one's own ethical standards, usually because of difficult conditions surrounding them. For the pagan sins are personal issues, dealt between them and their gods, not cultural.
Spells are stories told to change people, and through them the world. Chants are the same only sung. Charms and talismans are the same represented in symbolic form. A sin in these areas would be found in failing to live up to one's own standard of conduct.
As for Magic. Please explain what you mean, please. Magic is, after all, amoral, and again the sin is in the magus, not the subject itself.
Magic: «Pertaining to the Magi»
No. You just have exceptional observational skills, and recognize behavior without consciously being aware of how you actually have come into your knowledge.
