The person centered view of human nature is?
The person centered(or client centered) view of human nature, as seen by Carl Rogers, is generally good. Here is a little secret to understanding behavior and being a successful manager: It is actually the same as running a daycare center. If you pay attention, you will realize that the only real difference between an adult and a child is their height. The foundation of your personality (your personal blueprint to interpret the world and navigate through life) is fully developed in the first 5 years of your life. It is just more difficult to see in adults than it is with kids because adults have more experience in concealing it. Try it sometime. Pretend the group of adults at work are all 6 year olds. You will find that at the end of the day that the approach you followed to constructively resolve all of the issues with the adults would be the same approach you would have applied to a group of 6 year olds. lol

Where were nomads and townspeople likely to interact?
Nomads and townspeople were likely to interact at trade routes, marketplaces, and oases where nomads would bring their goods to trade with townspeople for items they needed. These interactions were important for exchanging goods, sharing information, and fostering cultural exchange.
The Asiatic theory of American origins, upheld by Joseph-François Lafitau (1670-1740), Alexander von Humboldt (1769-1859), and Charles Lyell (1797-1875), was the most popular, although specific tall tales of Chinese discoveries were discredited; and it was reinforced by the fact of the narrowness of the Bering Strait and its frozen condition in winter. Long before the Norwegian author Thor Heyerdahl, ideas of Polynesian contacts were defended, and so were Welsh-even by Edward Burnett Tylor (1832-1917)-and Irish claims. In 1843 William H. Prescott, confronting the question in the context of Mexican civilization, surveyed the myths and theories deriving from discredited notions of the unity of the human race and in the end rejected Hebrew, Egyptian, Chinese, or Tartar origins for East Asia-but in a period "so remote, that this foreign influence has been too feeble to interfere with the growth of what may be regarded, in its essential features, as a peculiar and indigenous culture." In other words, prehistory was largely a matter of speculation, and scholars should confine themselves to recorded and accessible periods
How modern civilization has impacted the spiritual lives of the indigenous peoples you explored?
It's native to a particular area or country. Certainly there have been different impacts in different areas and countries. But overall one could say that modern civilization has effected the spiritual lives of indigenous peoples by exposing them to ideas and viewpoints that their spiritual traditions had not previously encountered. A simple example would be air travel. Ancient mythologies typically tell of supernatural beings or spirits who fly through the air. Exposure to airplanes and the perfectly ordinary human beings flying in airplanes necessarily changes the meaning of "one who flies."
Other modern technologies have changed the way all people, not just indigenous peoples, think about the difference between what is spiritual and what is "natural."
Considering how accustomed we have become to special affects and pyrotechnics, any "god" would have a hard time impressing 21st Century Humanity.
Many things which we consider quite ordinary in modern civilization would have been considered miraculous and signs of deity only a relatively short time ago:
talking at a distance .... telephone
appearing in a crystal... television
music / voices from the air ... radio
traveling across the world in a single day
healing deadly diseases
plucking fire from "nowhere" ... matches
killing / wounding at a distance ... gun powder
seeing through solid material ... x rays, sensors

What does cultural diffusion mean?
Cultural diffusion is the spreading of ideas or products from one culture to another.
Direct diffusion of culture occurs when two distinct cultures are very close together. Over time, direct contact between the two leads to an intermingling of the cultures. Historically this occurred through trade, intermarriage, and sometimes warfare because members of the various cultures interacted with each other for long periods. An example today would be the similar interest in soccer in some areas of the United States and Mexico.
Forced diffusion or expansion diffusion is the second method of cultural diffusion and takes place when one culture defeats another and forces its beliefs and customs onto the conquered people. An example here would be when the Spanish took over lands in the Americas and later forced the original inhabitants to convert to Roman Catholicism in the 16th and 17th Centuries.
Indirect diffusion type happens when cultural ideas are spread through a middleman or even another culture. An example here would be the popularity of Italian food throughout North America. Technology, mass media, and the internet are both playing a huge role in promoting this type of cultural diffusion around the world today.

Instead, they give false names to people they don't know, including visitors such as medical personnel and census takers.
