The headliner usually sags because the foam layer between the fabric and the hard shell has deteriorated and allowed the fabric to separate and droop. Unfortunately, the fabric cannot be re-glued to the shell, because the crumbly foam just will not hold the weight of the fabric. You need to remove the shell, scrape off all the old foam, and glue a new piece of headliner fabric onto the whole shell. Headliner fabric can be found in many fabric stores, it is fabric and foam glued together. If you are going to attempt this repair at home, make sure the glue you choose will stand up to the high temperature generated by sitting out in the summer sun.

there are 4 points holding the seat into the frame. i believe they are 10-14mm. just move seat forward to get the 2 rear bolts, then move it back to get to the 2 front ones. dont forget to disconnect the harness from the seat before you try to move the seat away from car.

How are the hinges? If the door drops down when opened, then the hinges are worn out. If the hinges are fine, then adjustment to the striker/bolt assembly is needed. This is very simple, and once you take a look at it, you'll see what to do.

You start by removing the screw on the door latch on the inside of the door. Then you separate the top of the arm rest from the bottom by firmly pulling upwards with your thumbs, releasing the pins. Then pull the cardboard panel from the bottom of the door, movign upwards pulling firmly until the clips become loosened from the door frame.

Lastly, remove the window crank to remove the door panel. I have not figured out how to do this last little bit, so I am stuck (help).

To remove the window crank handle you will need to purchase a tool that is specifically made for this task. It is produced my GM and sells at your local parts store for about $12.00. The tool slides between the window crank and the interior panel and you turn to release.

If you can get at them with a drill buy an easyout which is like a drill bit but the threads are backwards. The size of the bolts will determine the size of the easyout and the size of the drill bit to use. Drill a hole down through the middle of the bolt and then insert the easyout and turn counter clockwise. The bolt should come loose. Soak the bolt first with liquid wrench or some other penetrating fluid to loosen up, the longer the better. If you have room to put a pair of vise grips on the bolt then this method would be easier. The secret is to soak with the liquid wrench for as long as possible.

I have used the PB Penetrating Catalyst to unfasten one of the rusted and broken bolt on my old brake caliper. It took few spray and overnight to break the tought broken bolt but it's better than drilling the threads in my opinion. This product is amazing and I have told my friends to try this as well.

I just shattered the rear sliding window of my Ford F250 and was told by Dave of Quality Glass in LaPorte IN that the current generation of rear sliding windows are designed so the glass cannot be removed to be replaced, so the answer given me was, I need to purchase a new sliding window assembly. I checked into replacing the sliding window with just straight glass and it actually cost me more than aftermarket sliding windows. This is not the definitive answer, but the working answer in my situation.

The shop has to be busy for a person to work flat rate because if there is no work in the shop there is no pay. The hourly worker gets a check even if the shop has no work. They can sweep or clean and get paid. Flat rate workers have to wait for another car.
