Good luck.
Answercheck the fuse for the fuel pump AnswerI fixed mine. It was the CRANK SENSOR. It's in a hard to find place; got it from under the car, its in between the oil pan and the trany. At the top of the oil pan in the block on a downward angle. There are two other thinges in the block just above it to the right. (looking from under the car)<>
My 94 Lumina APV (3.8L) would not start (when warm) - cranked but acted as if no spark or fuel.
Mechanic replaced computer @ $350 (said too many error codes to diagnose problem) - did not resolve problem. Then he replaced the camshaft position sensor (CMP) @ $125 - that solved the problem.

Why is radiator fluid leaking and white smoke coming from the exhaust?
You might have a blown head gasket or your engine block is cracked.
Edit to add; The white smoke is steam. That means that your coolant got into your cylinders. A blown head gasket is the most likely cause, but a cracked engine block or warped aluminum heads are possibilities.

How do you replace heater core on 2000 dodge caravan?
You need to recover the R134 charge, remove the whole dashboard, then remove the a/c heater box to get to the heater core.
The heater core should be accessible right next to the gas pedal. No dash removal is necessary.
You need to replace the turn signal relay. It should be right next to the hazard (emergency) relay. Turn on the hazards and follow the clicking sound under the driver side dashboard. Once you've located it, if you touch it you can feel the hazard relay working. The other relay is for the turn signal. It's a small round canister. It's just a matter of removing and replacing.
I had the same problem with my 97 Accord. My hazards worked, but the turn signals did not. I thought it was actuallly the signal arm. In the end, it had nothing to do with the signal relay, arm, or bulbs. I just changed a fuse located in the fuse box next to my brake pedal (it was bruned out) and it worked. I don't know what kind of car you have, but if it's a Honda this is probably the problem.

Where is the expansion valve located on a 1999 dodge caravan?
It is located on the firewall next to the alternator. The rear valve is attached to the rear heater/AC unit if so equipped. Unbolt the high side hose bolt and hose, remove the lowside hose, remove the 2 little torx bolts and pull off the expansion valve, and reverse to install with new o-rings coated in pag oil.
To replace the rear valve remove the D Pillar trim panel from the passengers side rear by pulling it off and removing the seatbelt bolt. Next pull the carpeted panel covering the speaker off ( Just pull ) . Remove all the Phillips screws you see and remove the panel covering the rear Heat/AC unit. Unbolt the rear Heat/AC unit, unbolt the the AC hoses that come into the van from under the rear (4 bolts in all) , unplug the electrical connectors and lift from the rear on the unit and pull it out far enough to get at the expansion valve. Unwrap the valve from the black gooey tape, unbolt it and pull it off. Re-install new o-rings, and reverse.
