The side view mirror on a 1995 Chevy Corsica is mounted by screws. Remove the screws and panel for the mirror on the inside of the vehicle. Pull and replace the unit.

My cable had a little too much slack in it so I crimped a lead split-shot (used for fishing) over the cable just above the factory cable end. It took up the slack and has worked trouble-free for over four months now. == == Had had this problem repeatedly. What happens id the latchpawl usesa screw that works loose which then lets the pawl skip over the release this is easy to tell as there will be no resistance and a clunk heard whenever you try to open the door. You have to drill a hole into the side of the door in tha jam area to reach(5/16") to allow a screwdriver access to tighten. It's the pits to put together if it has fallen out.

first you have to pop off the cover lumps that cover the screws and remove the fabric/wood door panel and there might be a clip that is broken on the door rod that connects to the outside door handle

i had the same problem on my 89 ford van and it turned out to be (after weeks of testing parts) the circuit breaker located on the passenger fender-near the selenoid

and wires connected to it-if the circuit breaker is going bad-when it gets hot-it will

shut down the engine-when it is cool-youll be able to start it again

i am thinking there is 4 one at the exhuast manifold, one before the converter one after and one inline. some have only 2 one after the manifold and in line.. v6 and v8 may have 2 af the exhuast collectors and 2 before the catalytic converter 2 after the catalytic converter and one inline. all depends one the engine and where it was built and if it is a cali van or not..

Freeze or expansion plugs are located at various places through the engine block in the event that the block does freeze it will hopefully push a plug out before the block cracks. Depending on the leaking one, you need to locate it, remove anything that obstructs you from accessing it first. You have to use a litle creativity on how you get it out. A punch or a chisel is my prefered tool choice. After you get it out, use a block of wood to seat the new one in. Or you can you a rubber one that it expanded with a socket.

On these vans, there's a long interlock rod that operates the ignition switch. That's way down on the steering column not behind the key where you'd expect it to be. There's, also, a vacuum switch on the brake peddle. The key and rod has to be in "run" and the brake has to be engaged before you get it out of park. I'll bet your switch or solenoid is bad. Since you can start it, you can get the vacuum up enough to "feel" the brake switch. If your run mode is ok, - all the dash lights come on, ignition box is powered - you should be able to jump the starter solenoid and crank it. Then you'll have vacuum, you press the brake and shift it. You can use a test light to see if you're getting power to the solenoid. Yes - it's the solenoid. No - it's the switch, fuse, bad wire???? I have the same stuff in mine and I've had to work on that myself. Mine was getting stuck in between crank and run. You could start it, but, nothing else was comming on. A big dose of WD40 in the switch was the cure.

Generally, that is caused by the engine idle RPM going below normal. When stopping, you take your foot off of the accelerator pedal, and the engine returns to idle. The oil pump RPM and output is directly proportional to the engine RPM and if the idle speed is below that required to maintain normal oil pressure then the guage will indicate it. There could be several causes for this: idle speed set too low, worn oil pump, worn engine, partially clogged oil filter, and probably some that don't come to my mind right now. The first thing you should do is to have the idle speed properly set and then "watch" to see if the issue goes away. IF it does, then that was the problem. If it doesn't, then you ought to have a qualified mechanic check it out.

The best way to change the head lamp is to open up the glove compartment, pull out the manual, open it up to page 67. and read "How to change the head lamp of your '93 Ford Club wagon van."

It's in a package called the constant control relay module - CCRM - under a cover directly in front of the top of the radiator.

Check your cold cranking amp from battery. May need a larger battery with more amps. Also you need a tune up

The lever is located on the bottom of the steering column. If it's not locking, the lever may just be jammed and you just need to wiggle it a bit.

If the ABS light is on when the engine is running there is a problem with the
