I am not famailar with your model year but,have owned my 87 since new.The coolant temperature sender should be at the thermostat housing.It should have single wire connector going to it that should just slip on or clip on.This is pretty common and even on another car I own a 85 the sender is at the thermostat housing.It should be at this location and go online to autozone or advance auto parts enter your rides info and look up the water temp sender it should show a picture of what it looks like for reference and you will need to buy it anyway.

Hi I'm Bigboudda I havn't registered yet, I just did on fordforums b4 i saw this site. Well in order not to damage the pully or pump shaft you will need a puller. You can buy whats called a P.S and alternator pully kit which sells here in On Canada for about 79.00

After removal of the dog house ( inside the the van under the middle of the dashboard ) the valve is on the left side. Careful, do not be ruff in disconnecting the pipe connection as it is easily damaged and will cause you more problems down the road. Damage may not be visible and a bent pipe will cost you 300 to repair.

you have to adjust the tps by loosing the screws and rotating it till it reads 0.50 volts [you need a scanner to do it]

If the cruise control is of the vacuum operated type the problem may be very low manifold vacuum until the engine gets hot.

Check for proper manifold vacuum with proper vacuum gauge if the reading is lower than 20-21 at engine idle there is a vacuum leak somewhere, which is also having a negative affect on fuel economy. If no leak if found externally, you may have an engine in need of a valve job.

I believe it is under the drivers side dash about by the accelorator pedal. On the older vans it was onj the firewall under the hood drivers side.

it is under the hood on the passenger side. it is not and obd 2 system. it is obd 1 and requires a scanner to pull codes.

You must first take out two screws under the steering column (directly under steering wheel)

then take off the cover, then under the ignition switch there is a small pin, you push that pin in and pull on the ignition switch and it will come out easily.

Take note; you must push the pin in and pull on the switch at the same time.

Remove the black plastic covering from the top corner of the door panel (the piece that covers the bolts that hold the mirror in place) by pulling it straight out. It is held in place by single clip that will give if you apply enough force. Remove the screw that is underneath that attaches the top of the door panel. Remove the screw at the bottom left corner of the door panel. Using a flat head screw driver, pry the plastic piece behind the door handle out. There is a small tab in this to insert the tip of the screw driver. Behind this piece are two screws. One holds the door handle in place, and the other attaches to the door panel. Remove the one holding the door panel. Remove the controls for the windows and door locks by inserting the screw driver in the slot on the unit (similar slot to the one by the door handle). Remove the screw underneath that attaches to the door panel. Working your way around the door panel, loosen all of the edges from the door frame. Lift the door panel straight up and out.

You'll have to take the rear seat out. Then you'll see an access hole to the fuel pump. After that, it's pretty much the same procedure as any other fuel pump.

Near side (passenger) footwell, behind the cover on the left under the glove box. Remove the cover and look up to the left and you will see it, you will have to put your finger above the unit and push it down to reset it.

It is located on the Left Side ( facing the engine) by the Alternator.
