It does not matter in what field that you are working in it is so very important to have great listening skills. Being honest is also crucial in medicine, as health care providers we may not have all the answers that are sought and I believe that it is perfectly fine to admit that. Hopefully, a good medical provider will try and seek the right answers, but initially being truthful is the best way to gain the respect of the ones that are being cared for. At times medicine can prove to be a trial and error especially with medications and as long as there are no drastic impacts of this it is all right to let the patients know this. Not everything will work for everyone but being on the same team and working together a good plan can and will be formulated.
I consider it one because if one is out of sync the other is too. If you are depressed or worried over something the person's stomach may feel nauseated, they feel lethargic and with extensive worry it can cause some diseases. The brain has two chemicals and if one is out of whack so is your body. Remember "Mind, body and spirit." Each one is a whole to make us the best we can be. It's a tall order and most of us succeed to a point. The brain is something to be kept healthy by eating well (lots of protein) and to keep your mind active by reading or doing a special hobby you enjoy. It is a scientific fact if we fill our minds with blood, gore, constant thoughts of war and unpleasant things in life it will change our personality. If we fill our minds with good things that make us feel at peace and happy then that's the way you will feel. If you don't like what is on the news and it depresses you, don't watch all of it and if you want to keep up with world events, watch it, realize you can't save the whole world and do something upbeat after that. To respect the brain and not over-whelm it. Know when you need some fun because you've had a rough week. The body needs to have a well-balanced diet to stave off disease and to let the messages from the brain do it's job. The spirit is to enlighten your inner self either by religion, yoga, Tai Chi (which I do). I'm a Christian and practice Tai Chi to gain patience, be at peace with myself and open my mind to knew and invigorating idea. I still say religion (whatever the individual chooses as their religion) make the person whole. When the spirit is enlightened it actually makes the whole body feel lighter, the mind sharp and one is at peace within themselves and towards others.

How did immigration change due to World War 1?
World War 1 led to an increase in immigration restrictions and tighter border controls in many countries. Many countries focused on national security and limited the entry of foreigners, particularly those from enemy countries. This resulted in a decrease in overall immigration during and immediately after the war.
Why do people lie pathologically?
== == There are many reasons people lie pathologically. It could be from family abuse (covering up or lying so they aren't beaten.) It can be immaturity (afraid of the world in general) or it can simply be the person doesn't think they rank high on the ladder of life and make up stories to make themselves look better to others, or because they want sympathy or attention that they are not getting. There are just too many reasons. Pathological Liars are not terrible people and often times can be quite funny just trying to squirm out of a lie someone has caught them in, but it does put a monkey wrench into any relationship they have with family, friends and their mates. They can be sneaky; you can date them and believe a lot of what they say and then you're caught in the web. If you find out they are, it's time to move on.
In addition, it's said that pathological liars have 22% more white matter in their prefrontal cortex than "normal" people. This could explain why pathological liars are so believable. I saw a special about this once, and they said that they can convince people so easily, because in a way they believe the lie themselves. They muddle the boundaries between what is real and the fantasies they create in their minds. Inevitably they will damn themselves but cause a lot of hurt and pain along the way, because they truly cannot care about the feelings of "loved" ones while they are creating their web of lies and deceit.

The shy girl may feel anxious or unsure about how to respond to her crush's feelings. She might be worried about the potential outcome or may not know how to navigate the situation, leading her to avoid saying hi to him. It's possible that she needs time to process her own feelings before feeling comfortable enough to initiate communication again.

Yes, age can influence behavior due to factors such as cognitive development, experience, and life stage. Younger individuals may exhibit more impulsive or adventurous behavior, while older individuals may engage in more risk-averse or conservative behaviors based on their life experiences and maturity levels. However, it is important to note that personality, upbringing, and individual differences also play a significant role in shaping behavior.

When should a baby start talking?
== == All babies are different. My first child started talking after she turned a year old and my second baby stared talking at 9 months. Many of my friends notice boys take a little longer to talk than girls. ---- Well, it's a fact that every child grows up in it's own individual way. Babies, don't really "talk" for a while. They usually start to babble first, trying to say something.
Babies usually start around at 10 months of age. When they begin to try walking, their communicating skills sometimes start to disappear because they tend to concentrate only on onething.
Talking starts to appear again around 18 to 24 months. During or after that time they start to learn words very fast and my child care teacher told me they learn about 15 to 20 words a day.
At first, of course, they will have grammar problems but eventually as they imitate and listen to others, they start talking normally.
----
Babies can make distinguishing noises far earlier than suggested, my own child said "Dadda" at around 6 months.
All babies will develop at different rates, and begin saying words at different ages. The average age of a normally developed baby to begin with one word statements is about 8 months old.
How do you help your 15-year-old son who is a compulsive liar?
Usually teens are in a mode of lying to their parents. It comes with being young, trying to be a man and a need to try their wings. Please think back to when you were younger. Unless you were a very unusual teenager, then you must have lied at some point to your parents. Kids will lie about where they were, if they are drinking or doing drugs, who they hang out with and even sneak out to see their friends. It all stems to the fact that they never think mom and dad could never possibly understand. I can't think of one teenager with a bad report card that didn't lie!
Here is a cute story and it's true:
One morning Jack and Sue got up to find a note from their 16 year old son. It said:
Dear Mom & Dad
I have met a wonderful woman who is 11 years older than me, belongs to Satan's Angels, and promises me the ride of my life. She has showed me all the sexual desires I ever dreamed of knowing. We are so much in love and are getting married in Vegas and we want to start a family right away. I'm quitting school and getting a job to support my new wife and future kids. I'll phone when I can.
Love Gavin
Of course the parents were fit to be tired, but 2 hours later their son walked through the front door and smiled saying, "Guess my bad report card won't look so bad now huh?"
Smart kid! Sometimes we feel smaller things are larger than they are. Things could be worse.
If you really don't agree with me and realize your son has a worse problem then you should seek psychiatric help.
Kids lie for a reason; either out of fear of what the consequences will be for their mistakes, broken marriages, dreading letting their mother or father down, fear of the mother or father.

Some people wake up early because they've been on that kind of schedule for as long as they can remember. Other people go to bed early at night so they can wake up and see all of a new day. Depending on where you live I mean in what time Zone you are in,if you only get up at noon, you've already missed most of your day.
What do Welsh People look like?
There is a range of appearances among the Welsh with some resembling 'Iberian' people (Catherine Zeta Jones, Stanley Baker, John Rhys-Davies, Ioan Gruffudd) and others of a more north European type (Rhydian Roberts, Rhys Ifans, Catherine Jenkins). And everything in between (Richard Burton, Anthony Hopkins).
The presence of dark hair and eyes among some Welsh may be due to the Silures,
an ancient tribe of south Wales. The Romans described them as resembling the people of Spain. There are large numbers of people with dark hair and light eyes as is the case in Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
Do shy girls like attention but just don't seek it?

What does the Benjamin Franklin Effect have to do with Benjamin Franklin?
Benjamin Franklin may have been the first to report this effect, which recognizes an aspect of human behavior connected to generosity or charity. A line in his Autobiography states:
"He that has once done you a Kindness will be more ready to do you another, than he whom you yourself have obliged."
Why human behavior in an organization important?
The Importance of Organizational Behavior
In any organization one can assume that the main goal of that business is to succeed; what exactly does being a winning organization mean and what does it take to get there? In the past companies placed a great amount of emphasis on the numbers and how to achieve those numbers. The people who actually helped achieve those numbers were graded on their technical skills, productivity, and budgets. Employees were moneymaking machines and how they achieved those numbers was not a concern of their managers as long as the numbers were being met. Organizational behavior studies have become more important today than in previous years because corporations must learn to adapt to the rapidly changing business cultures that have stemmed from a competitive and fast-paced market. Organizational behavior was a topic that was not discussed until an employee's behavior changed, productivity changed, or sales decreased. In today's business world, managers are paying more attention to how employees react to situations rather than if they respond. They are beginning to view organizational behavior as an intricate piece of training and development of the workforce. Soft skills were never a part of management training and it was rare that managers were commended for having those skills. In the business world today, I feel organizational behavior is an essential tool for managing effective teams. If you can zone in on an employees' personality, creativity, and adaptability, motivating that employee the way they need to be motivated is never a gray area and a guaranteed success.
With this knowledge managers can achieve a successful career. Since a manager needs to get his job done by the others, to have an organizational behavior skills become a valuable talent.
As the environment of business is always changing, the role of the managers has become more sensitive. In order to know how to handle a new workforce, and deal with the complication of the new environment, the supervisors need to develop their information about attitude and behavior of individuals, and groups in organization. Now we know not only the hard skills is important for get the job done, soft skills are helps managers to do their job more effectively and efficiently.
Testosterone is to blame for a lot of the stupid ways that boys act and the things that boys do. Testosterone makes a boy feel as if he's right when wrong, big and strong when there's no need to be and really possessive over everything that he owns. Boys will be boys...

What does rocking back and forth in your sleep indicate?
rocking back and forth is a way of self-soothing. I did it for years and years listening to music with my legs folded and daydream. It was like a high that I could do for hours on end. It became addictive. I rocked from 3 or 4 until 31 years old when I finally started to pull away from that fantasy and start living my life. In a television ducumentation i found out that it meant emotional defeat, signs of stress or just plain boredom. You can of course also sooth youself when you are angry, just try to relax.
