On a 94 4X4 you can see it looking under the passenger front wheel well at the lower rear end of the engine.

its screwed into the exhaust manifold. On the driver side below the spark plugs closest to the firewall .

speed sensor is located on the drivers side of the transmission about 10-12' from the very rearmost point. it appears as a barrel or cylinder shaped object about 1 inch around and 1 1/2 inch long or so with 2 wires coming out and about a foot of wire before a plastic plug in connector. it is held in place by 1 bolt which uses a 10 mm socket to remove it

If you have a hydraulic clutch you may just need to add fluid.

Go to your local autoparts store and buy an adapter.

It should be down below where the slave cylinder connects to the tranny

go to auto zone web site,register your truck ,year model and engine size,then look up starter,then to the right side of screen,click on repair guide,it will tell and show you how to remove and replace. OR:

Remove the negative battery cable. Loosen the passenger side lug nuts. Raise the passenger side of the truck enough to remove the front tire.

SUPPORT THE TRUCK WITH AN APPROVED JACK STAND UNDER THE FRAME! Remove the rubber inner fender well cover. All is then revealed. Simply a matter of 1 connector, 1, battery cable, 2, 14mm bolts, and out she comes, right through the fender well. VERY easy. No need to even get under the truck. The, "Lotus Position", works well.

Get the long section of the screw jack handle that came with the truck and insert the end that fits into the screw jack throught the slotted hole above the rear liscense plate location. Engage the end of the jack handle into the spare tire crank mechanism. Place the screw jack turning handle onto the long jack handle and turn counter clockwise to lower the spare tire.

Find the lower radiator hose, which is under the top hose running from the left side of the radiator to the engine.

The loswer hose should run into an L shapped housing which is bolted onto the motor. Remove the 3 bolts attaching the housing to the motor, the thermostat should be right there. When replacing the housing besure to use a liquid gasket or else you'll have a leak.

If you look straight down on your engine it right below a little to your left of your cam gears, its that tube that sticks out and goes to the left and to down below into your radiator. The tube is connected to a metal thing, you have to take off the metal thing and the thermostat will be inside.

ok clear this up. At the lower hose is a sensor not the thermostat, the thermostat is located on the front of the block running vertical and just left of the water pump.

first thing is have your battery checked. it may be bad. along the same line it could be a short in the electrical system causing the positive post to short and you may not have your clamps tight enough. i would recommend having your battery tested first. autozone does it for free and so does napa.

assume you have checked the bulb .......

many auto aircon systems shutdown on loss of refrigerant gases to protect the compressor. Been gassed recently?

The A/C system has a pressure switch that will allow current to pass thru if there is enough freon.

Not a DIY job. Take it to a profession that has the skill and tools to repair it. It has a leak that needs repairing and it also contains no freon. This unit contains R134.
