You need to inform the dealer that you will be buying the car and need it titled in the state you want to register it in. I don't believe that you have to pay another tax, unless you buy it there then take it home and re-register it as if you move.
I wouldn't see why not if there not living up to there end of the deal and its still in your name then its still your car.
Throw it away. If you want to let them know you no longer own the car, send back a letter to the address or call them.
Can a cosigner sell a vehicle?
No. Both must sign if both are on the title. Unless the Primary Signer is dead, the cosigner cannot sell the car. Also, having a power of attorney specifically for selling the car will give you the right. Let's say he is overseas and you want to sell the car, you have the right when he signs it over to you (power of attorney). A co-signer is only a guarantee on a loan, not the owner of property. If the owner of the car is still of sound mind and body, only he or she can sell the property.
Is there a grace period when you buy a new car to take it back?
No. It all depends on whether the dealership is willing to take it back or not. They don't have to. No. You signed a contract and it's assumed under the eyes of the law that you are a reasonable and intelligent adult. Unless there's problem that was misrepresented, you own the car. There's no 3-day grace period or a buyer's remorse clause.
I can't say this is common but I have known it to happen. Once a contract is signed--it is not suppose to be changed. Whether it is a fixed rate or an arm--the contract should remain intact. Please read thru the whole contract--boring or not--hard to read or not. Check with the Better Business Bureau on the car dealership before signing. But call now and issue a complaint if you have all the facts--and paperwork in writing. Check with the Attorney General office in your state and see if you can file a complaint. Make sure you have everything documented. Good Luck!!
You can kiss your sweet car goodbye because they will reposess it. It doesn't matter what the car is worth now-a-days.... you OWE more than it's worth... you'll ALWAYS owe more than a car is worth because they start depreciating the moment you drive them off the car lot. The bank will just sell your car and try to reclaim some of their lost funds.
The #1 selling car in America is the Model T. The #1 selling car in the world is the Toyota Corolla. The #1 selling car for the last few years in America is the Toyota Camry.

What is the legal process for repossessing a car?
Well, there's not much to it. The car loan company has already decided to write your loan off, so one day a tow truck will appear in the driveway to take the car away. It will then go to an auction and the loan company will get what they can for it. You are all done with this loan, but you might get a courtesy letter from the loan company telling you what the car sold for at auction. DO NOT think that this is a demand for the balance between what you owed and the auction price. IT ISN'T. SO DON'T PAY ON IT, just throw it in the garbage. I don't know why they send them, because you certainly don't care, so I assume it's some kind of legal requirement on their part. Don't assume that this means the end of your ability to get a car loan either. You will just have to pay a higher interest rate, because your credit rating will have taken a hit, but if you really need to get another car on credit I'm sure you will. Maybe try a Buy Here, Pay Here kind of joint, or even try and get a car you could pay cash for. Plenty of 500 dollar cars for sale on Ebay on in the local automart papers. It's not the end of the world, unless of course now you have no car you can't get to work or something. I mean it's not the end of the credit world for you.
What makes car making wind sound from rear of car?
Is this heard while driving/ moving? Need to be a bit more specific. If so, it sounds like air leakage/infiltration to me. Have a guest jump in the back and listen. It's most likely a rear door seal?

Can you sell your car even it's fianced?
Financed? Yes. The person or car dealership buying the car would write a check for the outstanding loan balance to the bank that has financed the car and anything left over they would give to you. If you owe more than the car is worth, then you (the seller) would need to make up the difference, i.e. write a check for the difference between what they are buying the car for and the remaining loan balance.
Who owns the car if the registration is in one name and the car loan is in another name?

Where is the best place to buy bank repo trucks?
ANSWER: At the bank. Not being a smart@ss, I mean come on, think about what you are asking.
If your truck was repossessed in PA what steps are usually required to get it back?
Very simple, CALL the lender.
This is called a voluntary repossession. What happens is the car will be auctioned in the condition that it is in and say you payoff is $12,000.00 and the auction for the car brings $9,000.00, there will be a judgment issued in the amount of $3,000.00. This will also stick with you on your credit.
Can you recreate a vin for a vehicle you have previously owned?
Why anyone would need to do this is questionable. However, the original VIN# (if a person has retained such documents) can be found on the license plate renewal form (registration) or the insurance card and in some cases the vehicle's insurance policy as well.

What does it mean when car drive rough in gear?
It means that the car can barley get enough power in the gear to move car. Just barley. It is probably that you're using a manual transmission and you moved from 1st gear to 2nd gear without going to the minumin speed and power. This also means that you don't know how to use the transmission itself.
