I did a search just before coming across this posting, looks like around $12 on ebay, that's the entire 4 stamps with the original frame (don't know if that's the proper name for the edging.) Scott #1734 can be purchased mint condition for 65 cents and used for 15 cents. Dealers will seldom be interested in buying a single stamp and certainly not a used one of minimal value. Fifteen cents usually means that the cost of marketing the stamp is the only value involved.

The ones purchased from the US Postal Service include the stamps.

The catalog doesn't show an Apollo 15 stamp being issued by the US. There are some generic Apollo stamps that might fit.
