Do you have the correct size tires/wheels on the vehicle? Look on the driver's door post or in your owner's manual for the correct size. Incorrect size tires will effect the accuracy of the speedometer. If you are running the correct tires then the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) may need replacing.

If you don't have a service manual, go online to Autozones Web Site - Repairs - and look up a step by step procedure for this. You'll need a steering wheel puller and a few other tools. BE CAREFUL - the airbag is in there!

You probably shorted something with the water, check your fuses, replace any that are "blown". If the fuse "blows" again then start disconnecting connectors on the engine and get "all" the water out and replace fuse again. Not a good idea to hose down an engine especially if it's hot. you get water on a "very hot" exhuast pipe and you may crack it. TommyTrouble

It depends on the climate. A 10W-30 would be most common.

USUALLY, when one signal is slower than the other, it's an indication that one of the bulbs, rear or front, is burned out. Without starting the car, turn the key to the "on" position, turn the left signal on and walk around the car and check all the bulbs on that side. Do the same to the right side. Try turning key on without starting engine for about 5 sec. Do this twice may bleed fuel line

First, be prepared to spend more time than you expect!! You will need both inch size and metric wrenches, along with a 1/2" box wrench. On the 3.8 L engine, the engine mounting bracket may have to be loosened to allow you to pull the pulley out off the front of the pump. First, remove the battery, and set to one side. Next, loosen the 4 screws on the front of the water pump pulley. Next, you need to use a socket wrench with a long handle and untension the idler pulley from the belt, so you can remove the serpentine belt from the front of the motor. After removing the belt, you will use a deep socket and unscrew the two bolts which hold the power steering pump in place. You access the top and bottom bolts through the holes in the pulley. After removing the power steering pump, you should take the pulley off the front of the water pump, and you may find it is a very tight fit. between the motor bracket and the font of the motor. After removing the pulley, you will have access to all the screws on the pump, and can use a socket wrench on all but the top front one under the engine bracket, for which you need the 1/2" box wrench. It is a much longer job than you would expect, so allow plenty of time! Dudley Bogart

You don't want the original. That size doesn't exist anymore anyway. originally it was an F70-14 (if memory serves) but in those days they were all bias ply with a very thin tread (about 5 inches) and its a heavy car. Check a tire site for dimensions and get the widest you can that fits stock wheel within about an inch or so of original od.
