Usually found: Glove Box or Rear Compartment
Spare Tire Cover / Wheel Well or inside Deck Lid
Other places to look: Driver Side Door Jam, Passenger Door Rear Face, Left Rear Access Door, Left Rear Compartment Inside Door, Passenger Side Sun Visor, Under Driver Seat, or Wheel House. The Owner's manual does not tell you what the paint color code is, but it tells you where it's located on your vehicle. If you do not have the Owner's manual or the paint color code is illegible, contact the dealer with the VIN number on your vehicle, and they should be able to provide you with the information.

How do you replace thermostat for a 1990 camaro rally sport?
There is a little metal box on the front of the raiator not larger than 2" on each side (if you have the replacement thermostat you should know the general size, the box is barely bigger than the thermostat). There are two bolts on the front of the box, remove them, then the casing can be removed. Now you simply need to lift out the old/broken thermostat and place the new one in. Then of course put the casing back on and bolt it back in place! Then you should be good to go. Hope this helps someone. You need to be more specific and include year and motor information.
Generally though, the t-stat is at the top of the motor where the upper radiator hose connects to the block. It is usually only two or three bolts to remove the housing and replace it. Do replace the gasket too.

ss is the best you can get
Depends on year. 93-97 the SS was VERY VERYslightlyfaster but a CAI on the z28 negates that advantage quite easily.
98-02 there was ZERO differencesin the performance of a Z28 vs SS.
2010+ The RS is a 6 cylinder car and the SS is the 8 cylinder performance version. In these years the SS will blow the doors off an RS.
How do you test the coil inside the distributor of a Chevy Camaro that has no spark?
chances are if there is no spark then the ignition module inside the distributor needs to be replaced as far as checking it goes just pop the module out and autozone or advance auto may be able to tell u where to take it to have it tested
Start with the most likely andeasiest to fix. Check your brake pads... There is a wear indicator on the inside pads (closest to engine) that will rub on the rotor and make a squealing noise to warn you that the pads are getting thin. When you apply the brakes the noise will go away a lot of the time. If the pads are new or not making the noise then I do not know what the problem may be.

If it's blue smoke, means oil is getting into the cylinders either through worn valve guides or worn piston rings. If the smoke is black, usually means there is a choke/fuel issue. If it's white, usually is just vapor burning off which is quite normal when first started but should stop shortly after car is warmed up.

How do you install an oil pan gasket in a 3 liter Sable?
You have to take the cover off of the bell housing side. Then you must disconnect all four of the Oxygen(O2)Sensors. Remove the two sensors that are in front of the catalitic converters and the Y-pipe. Remove the Y-pipe and the exhaust pipes. You should then have access to your oil pan for removal. I had to do this to my '96 Sable to change the oil pump.
Hope this is of help to anyone needing it.
