The wiring harness can be checked to make sure it is securely plugged in. Also checking the wiring with am electric meter will determine if the wiring is bad and is the problem.

on what model of Chrysler are you replacing a horn on/ make sure its not a fuse or wiring to horn. horn connection is prone to the elements and may corrode. make sure ur getting power to connector before you "DOOM" your horn

NO, THIS IS NOT NORMAL. EITHER THE PAN GASKET IS LEAKING, OR THERE IS A SEAL LEAKING. THE PAN GASKET IS NOT A BIG DEAL IF YOU HAVE SOME MECHANICAL SKILLS. THE SEAL IS A DIFFERENT STORY. I HAVE REPLACED PAN GASKETS ON 4 CHRYSLER PRODUCT VANS OVER THE YEARS AND IT IS NOT DIFFICULT.

24 inch rims will fit on a 300. I myself own one and put 20"s on it. U need to know the bigger the rim the thinner the tire. Which gives u a much higher chance of getting flats from potholes and worse driving conditions in the snow. Also with tires too thin the ride becomes stiffer with every bump.

The areas I would check are:

1. Gas in the tank? I know....too obvious.

2. Fuel pump fuse. Find it, check it.

3. Fuel pump failure. Before failure they usually start to vibrate. It is inside the gas tank. These usually go out when fuel is run out of car completely. Sometimes it can be temporarily resurrected by banging on the bottom of the gas tank with a rubber mallet, if you need to get it to a repair facility. This job is quite tricky without a lift and 2 sets of hands.

Probably not the filter, as fuel would be lacking but present.
