I just talked with a man today about my jeep liberty and i asked him why did the fan come on and why it makes the noise of changing gears and he said that if the gears don't change it just keeps running that means a sensor is out or malfuntioned on it hope this helps but i wasn't in there for that. I was there for a wheel sensor out again.

about as ideal. The goal is to avoid "Leaning" out. I read somewhere
are comparison of lighted bars to numbers, which is not needed with

If it happens only when turning corners, this is likely to come from the differential. A ball bearing problem would make noise all the time.

Watch out for the airbag!
From the manual (which you should buy if you are going to do this job safely), you need to disconnect the battery and wait for a few minutes before attempting to work on the steering wheel. THEN you can remove the airbag, disconnect the horn and cruise control, remove the steering nut, use a puller to take off the steering wheel, reset the clockspring etc...
Not terribly difficult if you are comfortable working with the airbag, but also not something to do without the PICTURES in the manual.
Your safety is not worth $12 spent on Amazon for the old manual.

Open the bonnet and you will see a rubber seal running accross the bulk head (Close and parallel to the windscrean) On the passenger side (Right hand drive car) there is a plastic cover with 4 screws holding it in place right behind the rubber seal. Pull the rubber seal up, remove the 4 screws and pull the plastic pannel off. You will see the old cabin air filter behind it. You need to use a flat bladed screwdriver to release the plastic cover holding the air filter in place. Swap the filter for a new one and reverse the process. (Note this is for a Mk 4 golf)

Then snap the slug (wiper frame assembly slug) into the hook on the wiper arm. Make sure you feel and/or hear a "snap". Pull firmly to make sure its attached. Lower the arm slowly back towards the glass.

- Step 1 is to be sure you get the right replacement wiper blades. Note, when buying windshield wiper blades be sure to always look up your vehicle make, model and year in the application guide book at the store.
- Step 2: As far as installation, the replacement wiper blades will come with simple-to-follow, step-by-step, illustrated instructions and once you have the instructions and the wiper blade/arm in your hands and in front of you, it will all make sense and will an easy maintenance task. The old ones simply snap-off and the new ones simply snap right back on. Very simple and takes 5-15 minutes usually not requiring any tools.

Ask someone to turn the tensioner bolt (see diagrams from web pages above), clockwise direction (about 45 degree) by using 19mm socket and breaker bar (with longer extension, if possible).
This can be done from above the engine, as shown on the diagrams.
Then you can slip the belt off the pulley. (from underneath the car)
(of course you will need to remove the splash shield first)
Installation is the reverse of removal. Be sure to follow the belt routing diagram.

Just turn the 19mm tensioner bolt (clockwise direction) to compress the spring inside the "Automatic belt tensioner"
The car has an Automatic Belt Tensioner.
