How much watts is 20milliamps?
Watts and Amps are two separate things. Watts is a measure of Power and Amp (Ampere) is a measure of electrical current. Look at the following formulae. Formula 1: W=V x I where W is Watts, V is Volts and I is Amps. Formula 2: I=V/R where I is Amps, V is Volts and R is Resistance (in Ohms) Formula 2 can be written as V=IxR and if you put this into Formula 1 you get a third formula which is: Formula 3: W=IxIxR So Power W is proportional to Current I squared. Note that milliAmps are Amps/1000 Ray Ashmore, Helston

Your Daewoo lanos is making a knocking sound what do you do?

Where is the PCV valve located on a 2001 Daewoo Lanos?
Actually is isn't as hard as that at all, this pcv valve can be accessed from the engine compartment.
Standing along side of the front drivers fender and looking down at the rear of the hood you can get a glimpse of the pcv valve just about 2 - 3 inches below the manifold cover (about the center) , It is mounted on a bracket that has some leeway so that you can twist this bracket if necessary.
The PVC valve itself doesn't have mounting screws and only slides off this bracket via a rail.
I recommend spraying it with WD40 or "liquid wrench" as it will slide off much easier, Then just pop of the hoses and connector and replace, It really is a 5 minute job.
This is one of the most simplistic cars to work on, and with care and maintenance will last as long as you like, this 2001 is going on 130,000 and gets 30mpg and it drives like the day I bought it for my daughter.

What are the timing marks for a 2001 Daewoo Lanos?
IF IT IS A DOHC (DUAL OVERHEAD CAM) THERE IS ONE MARK ON EACH CAM SPROCKET, WHEN THESE TWO MARKS ARE PERFECTLY ALLIGNED YOUR #1 CYLINDER WILL BE AT TDC (TOP DEAD CENTER). USUALLY THAT IS EXACTLY WHERE YOU WANT TO BE WITH A DOHC, BUT THERE ARE FEW EXCEPTIONS. YOU MAY HAVE TO SET IT OFF 5 DEGREES OR SO. i WOULD TRY TO JUST LINE THEM UP FIRST, START AND RUN A TIMING LIGHT ON IT. IF YOU MARK THE BELT WITH WHITE OUT IN A ONE INCE SQUARE, THAT WHITE MARK SHOULD APPEAR IN YOUR TIMING LIGHT EVERY THIRD ROTATION. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU, IF YOUR CAR IS NOT A DOHC THEN I AM SORRY FOR GIVING YOU SO MUCH USELESS INFO.
