How did the Founding Fathers of the USA establish racism?
The Founding Fathers (Delegates to the Philadelphia Convention) did not "establish" racism. Racism has been alive and well in the world since the dawn of time. What they did do is tacitly condone slavery by not writing it out of their new document. From a practical view, thy had no choice. To get their new constitution ratified required the votes of several southern states. The delgates from those states made it clear that they would not vote to ratify a document that did not condone slavery. So it was simply done for political expediency.
Is affirmative action fair or is it an example of reverse discrimination?
Reverse Discrimination. It's ridiculous to think that affirmative action could possibly be considered constitutional. It violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits sexdiscrimination (purposely choosing women over men on college applicants). It also states "This title declares it to be the policy of the United States that discrimination on the ground of race, color, or national origin shall not occur in connection with programs and activities receiving Federal financial assistance and authorizes and directs the appropriate Federal departments and agencies to take action to carry out this policy.". By intentionally accepting historically descriminated groups (blacks, women) over historically non-discriminated groups (white, men) you are clearly in violation of this Civil Rights Act.
How does racial segregation cause racial inequality?
Educational facilities were not equal when segregated. Because of segregation, blacks were denied when they applied to high curiculum white schools. Their only option was to go to a lesser challenge, lower curiculum, all black school. This led to blacks leaving their educational goals unmet and forbidden. Segregation in schools caused this inequality.

Why couldn't they say guinea tea on Jersey Shore?
It's because of how they talk, accents, etc. You can't really explain it, but if you want an answer you're going to have to ask them yourselves.
For example,
Why do some people say their "w's" like "r's"? Like instead or rock n' roll, you get "wock n' roll". It's just different people say things differently, that's all. :)
Pi Gamma Phi is a fraternity-sorority that was founded on September 27,1975 by four rounding founders.
Was Richard Wagner an Anti-Semite?
Yes. Richard Wagner was very proud of his Anti-Semitism.
Some quotes of his to this effect include:
It is necessary for us to explain the involuntary repugnance we possess for the nature and personality of the Jews … The Jews have never produced a true poet. Heinrich Heine reached the point where he duped himself into a poet, and was rewarded by his versified lies being set to music by our own composers. He was the conscience of Judaism, just as Judaism is the evil conscience of our modern civilization. ~ "Judaism in Music" (1850)
Jewish music is bereft of all expression, characterized by coldness and indifference, triviality and nonsense...There is a harmful influence of Jewry on the morality of the nation. ~ "Judaism in Music" (1850)
It should not be presumed that these people (the Jews), who are so separated from us by their religion, have any right to make our laws. But why blame the Jews? It is we who lack all feeling for our own identity, all sense of honour. ~ 14 November 1878
If a racist is against different races what is someone against religion?
Such a person might be called a rationalist, humanist or maybe logical positivist. Interesting how the questioner uses rhetoric to liken racism with a position opposed to religion. This may not have been the questioner's intent; perhaps there was only a search for a 'label'. It's always important to consider the distinction between religion and faith. Religion usually refers to a set of practices, prayers, rituals, meetings and other communal experiences that groups of believers choose to engage in. That really is distinct from faith, the interior experience and resonance with the core teachings of a church and its scripture. It is entirely possible to be critical of 'religion' while being neither atheistic nor agnostic.
Being critical of religion is not at all the same as hating individuals or groups because of who and what they are as people. For example, I could be highly critical of the political structure in China, while having nothing but benevolence and good will toward Chinese people at home and abroad.
There is a difference, too, between people who choose not to engage in religious practices of any kind and people who actively fight against 'religion'. I would want to know a great deal about a person who feels the need to fight religion. If a person chooses to rent, it does not necessarily mean that she/he is against home owners or the concept of home ownership.
Most official color images I've seen of Der Fuhrer during his reign show blue eyes (Aryan trait) although early B&W images seem to show dark (brown) eyes.
What do you think of Arizona SB 1070?
FINALLY!! about time we started enforcing our laws!!
Another response:
Our pastors and religious professionals are deeply concerned that SB 1070 could be applied in such a way as to criminalize our worship services, prayer meetings, Vacation Bible School, Women's Study Groups and other activities. The community of faith simply cannot require proof of legality before welcoming people into our fellowship.

Is there more racism now than fifty years ago?
No. It simply gets more 'press' because it is less acceptable and so is more often a topic of discussion.
If by 'More racism' you mean more people feel that other races are inferior, there's probably less. It's now far more polarized, and yes, is more newsworthy.
The headquarters of the ANC were based in England as the party had been banned in South Africa. Many marches and protests, demanding the release of Nelson Mandela, were also held in England.
Also, Nelson Mandela was a terrorist, and created/organised many bombing raids against innocent white civilians, which is why he was imprisoned. He only later turned to a more peaceful tactic to fighting apartheid.
