There's also a plastic push peg that needs to be removed. then you can pull back the splash guard. The job will be much easier if you remove the tire. There are two pumps one for the rear the nearest, furthest for the front. You may want a shop to do it.

This stupid anti-theft system malfunctions more often than not...leaviving you and your family stranded in a van that won't start. This is what works: Put the key in the ignition like you are going to start it (make sure the car is in "Park". Right under the front of the vehicle you will find the starter motor. You'll need to use a tool (I use a long screwdriver) to touch both positive and negative lines togeter. You will get a quick arc and the car will start.
Try this: with the ignition key in as if you are going to start the van, pull the shift stick towards yourself, and turn the ignition key. While turning the key, you may have to wiggle the stick a little bit.

Because it's not turning on and sending any fuel to the motor.

Answer The engine coolant temperature sensor is screwed into the top of the engine right next to the thermostat housing. Follow the upper radiator hose to the top right corner of the engine - the sensor will have wiring harness running to it.
For 1995-1998 3.0 liter engines, the sensor that feeds the dashboard gauge is likely to be green and is very close to where the ECT sensor is.

"Manifold gasket" ? whick one? Upper intake MG,Lower intake MG or exhaust MG? I thinks you mean intake MG. The Upper intake MG is easy on. Just undo the bolt and clear the gasket materal, then replace new upper intake MG. The lower intake MG is a little bit hard. Carefully clear the old gasket material on the manifold and head, clear the bolt nad bolt hole in the head, then carfully install the lower intake MGand double check the coolant passage in ordeer to void the coolant leading. The last step is to torque corectly the bolt.
